Not gona lie here what I just got served with is crap…. Quesadilla… that’s just trashed in the container… and my daughter tells me the customer service was not great… not wrong or out of line I guess but she said nobody in there gave a crap about making it good just throwing it all together like they don’t give a crap …and everything I asked for was some big deal… when I opened the box I understood completely ….not even sure this qualifies as a quesadilla. Opened the Kidos box and it was worse …Trash effort trash customer service trash food trash is what ya get I guess…very disappointing and yes kinda ticked me off.

Out of everything. No beans, no lettuce, no unsweetened tea. Tables dirty. Rude staff. Felt obligated to spend $15 on some meat & cheese, and a water cup since they had no unsweet as they didn’t let customers know ahead of they were out of 1/2 of their options before building your bowl. Wasn’t even like it was busy, staff stood around on their phones instead of cleaning/restocking

The food offering is good. The facility, however, is very dirty every time I go there. The tables, walls, and especially the floor and mats are incredibly dirty. The staff are efficient, but could use coaching on customer service and creating an upbeat atmosphere.

Unfortunately a very rude associate. I will not be back at this location. My daughter was eager for Qdoba, we asked for a straw and the associate explained why they don’t have any (it’s an open lid cup). She was very rude and spoke to us like we were stupid for asking. Some people still would like and prefer a straw. Being kind and respectful makes a huge difference. Also the head of the lettuce as in her rice bowl.

Not a great location. I’ve been here a lot. They’re usually out of something. They rarely have tea. Them having napkins or lids is a gamble. Tough to find a clean table. Always messy or dirty. Service is tough. Food is made sloppy. Bathroom paper towel dispenser puts out a 1 inch paper towel. But then again, I’ve never had a problem with the food I end up getting.

When people order a bowl for pick up and they pay for extra rice, beans, and protein they can tell when you guys don’t put it all in there and only give them a regular serving when they paid for extra. What am I paying extra for these things for and there’s still all this space in my bowl. Give me what I paid for.

This message is to the GENERAL MANAGER you NEED to come do your job. I have been going to this location for a couple years and I have witnessed this location continously get worse from food quality occasionally service but there is a large presence of baby flies and dust and grim throughout the store. LETS SAY SPRING CLEANING or call the local health inspector.

The Shiloh location is always out of something, today was no chicken so we left. The place is dirty, service abysmal. Sadly it is almost funny to see the containers of toppings, its all mixed up with things around it. It’s almost like they see how many containers they can drop stuff into. I like their food, wish there was another one near us or management would straighten this one out.

I got off the highway to grab dinner and figured I’d try Qdoba for the 1st time. I went to use the men’s restroom first and it was locked. I waited for a minute and I heard the toilet flush. I didn’t hear the sink run, and an Employee walked out putting his apron on. I walked in and looked at the sink before using the restroom… it was bone dry. Thankfully the trash can was by the door so I could use a paper towel to grab the door handle. Absolutely disgusting hygiene. I walked out and went next door to eat. I will not be eating there
