Overall happy with the experience and will return. Chicken sometimes had more of a burnt taste than grilled/char. Service was average, most were just there to get a paycheck, which is more than fine, except one worker that helped me and was amazing so bumped it to 4 stars. Price is fair for the amount of food you get.

$21 for a Greasy Quesadilla and a Dirty Store? Never again
I am honestly shocked at how far downhill this QDOBA has gone. I just spent over $21.00 on a basic cheese quesadilla, a large queso with chips, and a regular drink, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The food quality was subpar and definitely didn’t justify the cost, as it felt like paying premium prices for fast food that wasn’t even fresh. To make matters worse, the entire store was dirty and the floors were incredibly slick, which felt like a massive slipping hazard. The employee at the counter was rude and unfriendly, acting like serving a customer was a major inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else that actually gives you your money’s worth and respects their customers.

Restaurant was not clean both table and restrooms.
People preparing food didn’t tie their hair and touched their hair and fake eye lashes with the same gloves while making burrito bowls.
They made bowls out of very little quantity left in bottom of the container for multiple ingredients brown rice, lettuce and vegetable fajitas that were left, instead of replacing the containers with fresh ingredients. They also said didn’t have gauc.
Panera bread is a better option if you are spending $25 or so on 2 person meal.
As well as there is no allergen consideration, so they have ingredients spillover between meat and vegan/vegetarian.

Food was good, except the chips were extremely stale. They also forgot the sauces on the side both myself and my colleague requested on our online order and with them running behind schedule on quoted pickup times I was unable to perform a check until I got back to the office if I had any hope of getting clocked back in on time. This is not my usual qdoba location and I trusted they were as focused on attention to detail as my home store. Would recommend going to a different location personally

Restaurant does not care about accuracy of customer orders. I should not have to verify my food is made correctly before leaving when I order pickup or delivery. All I want is cheese crusted on my quesadilla when I order a cheese crusted quesadilla. This is not the first time this had happened to me.

We ordered 3 bowls with chicken, chips and guacamole. My bowl didn’t have any chicken, missing queso, and extremely dry. My husband guacamole was, well, it wasn’t. It was a half of an unripened avocado. Our bag of chips was less than half full and it was mostly broken pieces. I have never been this disappointed in our neighborhood Qudoba.

Staff spent entire time yelling back and force at each other like it was a high school hallway while manager stood by not interceding. Bathrooms was exceptionally gross. Food average. The entire premise could use a deep cleaning.

I went inside this store to order food at 10:32 am today( Sunday). The hours show they open at 10:30 am. None of the food was placed out and after waiting a couple minutes I was told it was be a few minutes because “we just opened”. At 10:42 she asked if I was ready to order. First she said there was no brown rice, which was ok because I could get the white. For my protein I asked for the grilled veggies because I don’t eat meat. I was told veggies weren’t ready and it would “be a while “. I mentioned how I just thought everything would be ready when they open at 10:30. I was told they were short staffed for opening. I saw 3 people up front…not sure if anyone was in the back. I left without food because I was not spending money on a bowl or burrito when I couldn’t even get veggies or meat. I drove to this location specifically to get lunch and take it home. Waste of my gas and time. I’m not sure why it’s advertised that they open at 10:30 if they aren’t ready at that time. Not my first issue with this location so I won’t be going back and would advise patrons to go to the Edwardsville location instead.

As you can see no cars on the parking lot . I am the only car on the lot. I walk in there is 4 workers! 3 in front and 1 in back. I’m the only person standing in line for 10 minutes no one greets me, Didn’t ask me was I ready to order . They are just standing around laughing talking. I’m on lunch break I was hoping to get in and out . I stand in line for 10 mins hoping to be next everyone standing around I just walked out won’t be back again. Definitely disappointed this place is just going down hill. Need better workers and management who cares for the customers . Absolutely ridiculous. It is 12:59 break over here it is I have no food in hand . Completely disappointed
