I love QDOBA but hate the Edwardsville location. I have had multiple problems particularly when ordering online. The bowls I get from online ordering are half the size of the ones I get in person or from the Collinsville location. This bowl in particular is probably the smallest one I’ve gotten and there was hardly any rice, it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Don’t order pick up or maybe go to Collinsville.

I don’t know what it is maybe over saturation of restaurants in the area but THIS QDOBA HAS GONE TO A HELL ZONE. I walked in was not greeted stood there to order. I look around and the girl is at the register on her cell texting. I said anyone to take my order. She reply I don’t know where they at with attitude. She then walk over to make my order I had four bowls. She slopped all the food in the bowl so messy. She continued to text before she bagged my order. Hey 52 dollars may not seem like much but I can definitely take it else where. Yall can keep the food and the attitude. Food was horrible by the way. Money down the drain.

Place had food and trash all over the place meaning no one was cleaning. Out of several items like fajita vegetables at 4:30pm on a Sunday and stated no more would be made. General disgusting and laziness.
There were no customers besides me so the food and trash on the floor was laziness and the station where they make your order was trashed and looked disgusting, as well.

This place is just beyond me I have never once ever made a negative review on restaurant ever , I work in fast food and completely understand mistake mishap’s etc but lord the young man at the counter spoke probably 2 words the entire time I was ordering the food looks old and dry they had zero topping options on the fresh side no red onions no corn no jalapenos scraps I smelled awful I paid 38$ for 2 bowls the rice wasn’t done honestly it’s disgusting I never been so displeased

I had a really disappointing experience at this Qdoba. The employee serving our food was extremely rude and openly hostile. She had AirPods in while working, which already made communication difficult, and when I asked for dressing on my bowl, she grabbed an empty container. Nothing came out, and instead of acknowledging that, she asked if I “still wanted more than that.” I explained that nothing had been put on my bowl, and she responded with attitude, saying she’d “have to go refill it” and that it would “take a minute.”
Then, in front of customers, she chucked the empty dressing bottle aside and stomped off to refill it. When she came back, she again questioned whether I still wanted the dressing, and her tone the entire time was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, she was carelessly flinging the ingredients everywhere and cross contaminating excessively to the point where corn was in sauces, veggies in salsas, etc.
I’ve always liked Qdoba, but this interaction was genuinely uncomfortable. Staff should at least be polite and attentive, not hostile toward customers for simply making their orders.

Let me start off by letting you know that Chipotle is within walking distance. A lot more crowded, faster, and cleaner.
This Qdobas is slow and dirty. I didn’t wait to see what else was wrong. The wait with 2 people in line was enough of a bad sign. Maybe if I had days to wait for 6 tacos, but I only had an hour so I went down the street for better service, cleanliness, and well just to be acknowledged… Qdobas workers just disappeared and left me with no explanation. So, I did the same.

I went to the Edwardsville Qdoba with 2 of my friends, including one who has never been to Qdoba. We arrived near closing time and had an excellent experience. The restaurant was clean, as well as the restrooms. The two young ladies working were friendly and helpful and provided phenomenal service. This was one of the very best carry out experiences ever!

Had to throw food away it was gross and wrong order. I took picture off line on their menu. My signing other showed them and it said everything I wanted on. So I wanted that just had an out patient approval. He showed the guy and said she want this….had everything listen. He was told no he could not do it that….wow seriously u can look at a screen shot and just order what he said.

We walk in, no line the lady working says she will be with us in a minute. Okay, that’s fine, when she takes our order she continuously slops the food into our bowl. They were out of a bunch of toppings not to mention the toppings were all over their workspace and in mixed into containers they didn’t belong in. When we went to get soda the spot where you dump excess ice was over flowing with water that was all over the floor . Overall they didn’t take care of ANYTHING. one star.

Omg words can’t even begin to describe the goodness I indulged in. This was just as good as Chipotle if not even better than. The main thing that won me over was the incredible variety of options to choose from especially queso and guacamole which aren’t even extra . They even have different sauces that you can utilize I strongly suggest the Chimichurri sauce it’s sooooooo good.
