I came in today and felt really bad for the girl working the front. She was doing everything by herself and still stayed super kind and professional. Meanwhile, there were two guys in the back who were supposed to be prepping food, but nothing was prepared. Neither of them was even wearing Qdoba uniform shirts. One was wearing a beanie, and the other had AirPods in. Instead of helping, one of them was telling her to make two nacho bowls when he easily could have helped her. She handled the situation really well, but management seriously needs to do better with staffing, professionalism, and teamwork.

Love this Qdoba! One of my favorite places on campus to get food since the prices are good and the location is great! I have a gift card that I have been struggling to get to work but J.P. was a great help, and even remembered that I had called a week or so prior!
Great customer service at this location and also always very clean. Definitely grab a bowl here next time you’re getting food in Campustown.

This place has just mundane Mexican food. The portion is quite small for a college town. There are competitors that give you a bigger portion for the same price. Taste is just okay. The atmosphere is just a standard fast-food style place.

Qdoba has been my go-to for burrito bowls for years, and I’m really happy they opened a location here! Initially, I had a few issues, but over time, the manager and staff have improved, and the ingredients are much better now. The portion sizes are great, which is something I really appreciate. I’m now a Gold Tier member and enjoy the extra perks that come with it!
Definitely deserving of 5 stars. My only wish is that they add Impossible Meat as a vegetarian option—it would make the experience even better. Hopefully, this feedback gets noticed!

I’ve been to Qdoba’s at other locations before, but this one’s food wasn’t as good as usual. The chips were overly salted, and the birria in my quesadilla had a lot of fatty bits and what I’m pretty sure was a part of a large vein. The guac and queso were solid, though, and my order was ready quickly.

Exquisite food. Tonight, I took my family in to Qdoba on Wright. The burrito bowls were delicious. The closing manager, Austin, was as kind and helpful as can be, explaining the care he takes to deliver the freshest foods to his customers. We loved the steak bowls we had. He loaded them up good, with freshly cooked steak, beans, rice, fajita peppers, guac and more. The best Qdoba we’ve ever been to. This Qdoba features a wide variety of salsas and quesos. We will keep coming back! Thank you!!!

I went to Qdoba for their grand opening on Monday, and I will say, the food was decent at best. My food was lukewarm, but I can somewhat understand since they were most likely cooking in advance to prepare for the big crowds. However, besides the lukewarm food, my chips were so salty that I couldn’t even eat them. By the time I was able to eat my food, it was too late to go back, especially since it was pouring rain this night. The cookie was probably the best thing I ate from there. I will definitely be back to give them a second chance, but I hope this time it will be worth the $20 I spent!

Review written 11/09/2024. This Qdoba location just opened this week so i understand being disorganized but I felt bad for the staff because the managers obviously hadn’t trained them very much yet.
The containers of food on the serve line were sloppy, such as chicken floating in the black beans.
Also, staff were not trained on which salsa was which.
The employees were very friendly though.
Also, please don’t put the grilled onions and grilled peppers on veggie bowl unless asking for it, because they are smothered in oil and it made my whole bowl super oily, if someone ordered a vegetarian bowl it does not necessarily mean they want the grilled veggies.

I came to pick up an online order and there’s no one in the register. Another person before me has been waiting half an hour for his online order past his estimated finish time. I just started waiting but noone is even here to ask about the order.
His reasoning is someone took the order. Sureee okayyy. There is 1 order thats been here for an hour so a theif would take that one not mine? But sureeee

I guess I might be too used to Chipotle, but the chicken here was cut in such small cubes it was difficult to taste them with all the other flavors. However, their service was amazing, and the staff did an amazing job of suggesting items and dressings.
