The food was good but what are you guys doing to your employees? I mean it was fresh and tasty, but my burrito got an attacking from the employee because of his anger issues or something you guys need to pay him more all in all food was great preparation was questionable.

5 STARS Every. Single. Time!!!!! We eat at Qdoba (S. Broadway, Minot, ND) quite often – the food is Absolutely Amazing (the new sour cream does upset my stomach, so I stopped ordering it), the Service is Outstanding (possibly a bit too fast at times), the Employees are by far The Best (extremely accurate order processing, friendly with a positive attitude & always, Always appear to be having fun), & the restaurant is Super Clean!!! Please bring back the Chicken Mango Salad, it’s so delicious that we could eat it on a daily basis!!

We stopped here and not only was the food great as usual, the service was spectacular. The manager came out and introduced herself… she gave our kids an extra little cup of shredded cheese and was so kind. We will definitely come back by here!

Just okay…however I must say since I ate here my stomach has really been bothering me, even after 3 days later. I got the steak bowl no rice pintos cheese Pico lettuce onion and sour cream on the side no guacamole because it was brown in the little carry out she gave me so I didn’t eat it. Just be cautious ⚠️.

I was in this morning for a bowl I just wanted to give u an updated review which is better then a tip this morning crew is fire!! I seen the manager jump in help his crew during a busy time as people started to arrive and he called in for back up without hesitation things ran smooth and the portions where on point too fresh food was a plus too fast service with quality is hard to find they all worked well together and pulled together as a team no one looked like they didn’t want to be there either which speaks volumes about the manager so just wanted to let u all know keep it up! Amazing job!

Look I’m not mad I’m just really disappointed please take some time to train your staff how to make food. I do not enjoy watching them shove their fingers into my food trying to make everything fit because they clearly put too much all while they clearly hate their job and insist on letting me know. I do not enjoy having half of my burrito in the tin foil. And then charging me almost $16. I stopped coming here a year ago because of the same thing but nothing has changed. All I’m asking is for you to manage your staff

Always fast and friendly service. I always do order ahead on the app, and by the time I drive to the store my order has always been ready.
Hands down the best value in town.
If you are like me and like the burrito bowls with chips do yourself a favor and order the nachos.
It is the same price as the burrito bowl but includes chips on the side.

On this exact date of 12/22/24 @ 12:57pm local minot time. The cashier(Hispanic Male) mid 30’s, was licking his fingers in front of paying customers to apply moisture to his fingers in order to open the plastic bags, prior to carry out orders. There are cameras above the register. Check the date and time footage. You will see this gross act. Also, service was really bad, the workers were confused on who ordered what meal. Bad place to eat, gross acts happening in front of customers. Dont eat here.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have black beans or Adobo chicken when I visited. It caused me to branch out a bit in the flavor department. Not my favorite combination, but now I know. Still not the worst burrito I’ve ever eaten.
