I love qdoba. We don’t have one in our area so we always try to stop when we see one. My favorite is the lime chips. This time the service was great but the chips were terrible. I think they may have dumped double salt and no lime seasoning on them. Could barely use them to eat my burrito bowl. Hope it was just a one off issue.

Qdoba is fast and cheap mexican food. Service is alright. Seems like they get take out orders wrong quite a few times but overall is decent.

After DoorDash had lost my order, Jose (manager) did an amazing job at making sure he hand delivered my order in a timely manner and made sure to make it right, even though it wasn’t their fault. Thank you!

I had a really disappointing experience at the QDOBA in Albert Lea. The food I was served was cold, and when I asked if it could be heated up, I was told, “That’s not my problem.” Completely unacceptable response. On top of that, the place was noticeably unclean — tables were dirty, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. I usually enjoy QDOBA, but this location clearly needs better management and customer service. Won’t be returning.

We were passing through on I-90 and chose this as a quick stop. It was an average QDOBA, pretty much the same atmosphere and taste as any I’ve been to. Although I will say that their various salsas were unusually bland. They were accommodating. I felt like a taco salad, which isn’t on the menu, but the server rustled up a tortilla shell (which they use for soup) and filled it with lettuce. Then I added toppings just as if it were a burrito bowl. I was very pleased.

Move over Chipotle. My steak bowl was flavorful, fresh, and filling. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I could not recommend this location enough. To management, your employees deserve a raise!
