Workers were great, food was delicious, no complaints!
I had Qdoba for the first time only about a month ago and this was only my second time but I really do prefer it over competitors due to a more “homemade” and “fresh” taste/feeling. I also prefer the portion size which seems to be slightly smaller than competitors (for a bowl atleast). Free guac is also a plus!

I love this restaurant. If you’re deaf, be careful they are not deaf friendly. They will not write things down. I asked for double chicken and the person there didn’t know how to communicate to me that double chicken is extra price. Duh I know that, add the chicken! However the food is good, just not great customer service.

I’ve visited this Qdoba location (Mall of America) a handful of times, but today was the breaking point. The portion sizes are incredibly inconsistent. I watched the person in front of me receive a full bowl, yet I was served the bottom-of-the-pan scraps for the same price. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and receive half the value due to poor customer service and a lack of effort from the staff. I expected better service and fairness when spending my hard-earned money here.

I work at the mall, and discovered there’s a QDoba location here! I’ve been here a couple times and I wish to continue getting food here but the service is so rude . They roll their eyes when I request more options (cus I like to have a lot of different components in my bowls, not just 2 toppings maybe 4!) and when it gets toward the end of making my order they make deep sighs, rolling their eyes. I usually brush stuff off like this because you never know what kind of day they’re having at the moment. Unfortunately this is every time (i ordered more than 5 times ), today was particularly extra rude. I don’t know if I feel comfortable going again!

I go in and order a ton of food. One being a chicken quesadilla kids meal. I asked for a side of sour cream for my daughter’s meal and was told that it doesn’t come with it and that I would have to pay. I said pay for sour cream for a quesadilla? The man said it was policy. I said okay well on the board it says every entree. I then asked can I get sides for my large quesadilla (we had ordered two) I was told I and that only two sides come with each. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and seeing. I asked the man for his name and he refused I got charged for guacamole when I asked for a little extra fajita that I had to wait (5 minutes for while I was ordering). I usually don’t get terrible service here but today was for sure that day. I’m not sure if I’ll be going back. Unbelievable!

Just received my final reminder to why I stopped eating at this location. Cheap skate owner yet again skimping big time on the meat portions. Not to mention $17.04 for three skimpy tacos and a beverage. No thank you, never this location again.

Fast and friendly service. A great Mall of America food court location. We came on a busy Saturday afternoon and had some difficulty finding seating. We’ve been to a few dozen QDOBA locations, and this one provided the smallest serving portions of any we’ve ever been to. The burrito and salad were the consistent QDOBA quality…there just wasn’t enough.

$2.00 for extra rice, to cover the bottom of the bowl that he didn’t cover with the first scope! Then didn’t say anything after I paid, just walked away & didn’t hand me a receipt! Like really, your job is customer service, act like it!

The cashier here tried to add a 15% tip onto my bill without checking first. Thankfully we were able to stop him but just beware, he tried to tap the 15% button for me when paying with a credit card.
