We stopped in for a quick lunch today. I ordered the 3 tacos, and the 3rd taco had a long piece of black hair in it, I have blond hair. My Dad had the tortilla soup, and my mom had a burrito, and their food was good. The staff did not seem super happy to be there and were not helpful. The place itself was not clean with dirty tables and floors.

This was only my second time ever going to this location, and I had such a good experience that I had to take a minute and share about it.
Jordan was the worker who was helping me. He greeted me warmly when I arrived, was patient with me when I tried to figure out what I wanted, and which toppings to add to my protein bowl. He was generous in his portion sizes. He was also very kind when I was having trouble figuring out my app.
Jordan truly was the ideal employee in my mind.
The store was very clean, the service was outstanding, and the food was yummy as usual. I’ve now found my new favorite location.

I visited this location on 12/7/25 around 6pm and the two men working in the front were great! I’ve been to this location several times and I’m always impressed by how curious and efficient these two are at their jobs. I would rate five stars but it seems like management understaffs this location semi regularly. I’m always impressed with the generous portions and the free guac and queso!

Went in at 8:00 and the line was 7 people long with zero urgency from staff. People in line actually sat down because of how long they were waiting and only had one guy working the register/line while the others were focused on cleaning and closing already when the hours say they close at 11:00?
The food looked -DISGUSTING- and dryer than a burnt steak left out all day under a heat lamp. We waited 16 minutes and the line moved one person with the monitors in the red behind on everyone’s order. This location has been rumored to be in the works of being shut down, but really, they need to pull the plug and do it already and replace it with a chipotle, better staff, and better management.

My son’s kids meal was great. No issues with the food, however the guy behind the line was preparing food without gloves. Luckily it was not my order he was prepping, but I saw him routinely handle others orders without washing hands or wearing gloves. Others in the store did not appear to follow his suit and used proper food handling protocol.

Vegetarian options are nice, and the staff is great.
Edit: I’ve been going here for a couple of years now. Good competition for Chipotle with a similar style of buffet, tell-me-what-you-want assembly. You can really make it just what you desire, assuming you like their ingredients (I do). There are bathrooms and plenty of parking. Pretty good stuff.

Staff were very friendly. Food was tasty and made with good quality ingredients. I appreciate that guac and queso are included. However, while the food tastes good, the meats I’ve tried (shredded pork and beed) are not as flavorful as Chipotle.

Staff was racist. Didn’t even look at me, walked away from me just as I began ordering and pushed my bowl at me at the end of transaction, and when I asked for a bag, it was tossed at me across the counter-
I stopped in on my lunch break in my full Fire Dept uniform and was still neglected and mistreated as a paying customer.
I am disgusted and will not be returning to this location and will be advising others to go elsewhere.
A restaurant that serves Mexican Cuisine should do better at employing non-biased staff members.

My girlfriend and I just did a pickup order from here right when they opened on a Monday. Walked in and we were greeted by friendly staff right away. The food was PERFECTION. Also the chips & guac were spot on! Take notes Chipotle.
