I really enjoy qdoba — it’s such a nice change of pace from Chipotle. The flavors feel fresher and more unique, and I love that they use different ingredients and seasonings that make the food stand out.
The fresh-pressed tortillas alone are a huge win — you can taste the difference right away. The meats are flavorful, the toppings feel a little more bold, and the overall burrito just has more character. It’s familiar enough to satisfy a burrito craving, but different enough that it doesn’t feel like the same meal you’ve had a hundred times.
If you’re looking to switch things up and try something that still delivers quality, fresh ingredients, qdoba is a great alternative to Chipotle. Definitely a go-to spot when I want a burrito that feels a little more special and less predictable.

If you order online, pick it up at the counter- not the shelf. I assume that the shelf is for delivery drivers?
Very tasty. Ordering online is very easy, and if you don’t want to make an account to order, you don’t have to. It’s also easy to customize. My burrito was clean, and made with care- not thrown together.

Ok, I’m biased, Qdoba’s meats and toppings are way better that the other guy’s so I’ll eat at any Qdoba and leave happy. (Try the chicken….amazing!) I was buying lunch for a large group. I ordered online less than 48 hours before pickup and my bags of food were ready to go with a huge smile on the employee helping me out. He greeted me right away, thanked me profusely for the order, and offered to help me carry it out to my car.
I’ll definitely be going back to this Qdoba location. I hope to see you there!

Good food, large portions and inexpensive. However, you can tell the staff aren’t thrilled to be there. Not rude, they just seem down. We’re repeat customers tho – better than C.

I had the worst experience at that restaurant. I was attended by a very rude Somali woman. She wasn’t listening to what I was telling her and served the food however she felt like it. I told her to put the cheese on the side, and she put it all over the plate. She got very mad and when she started serving again, she started throwing the food into the bowl in a very rude manner and began putting very small amounts of each item. You should be more selective when hiring their staff and hire people who are more polite and courteous.

Good food, good service. I ordered a catering order for the wrong day. I was down to the wire. Called and Jasmine was so friendly, told me to head to the store. Got there and Isaiah was working hard to get my order together. Something that usually takes 2 hours of prep, Isaiah did in 30. He was friendly in spite of my burdens. Thank you guys for all your help and going above!

Was greeted and asked if I had a pick up order. I was standing next the pick up area. Wife had to use restroom. We did 3 orders. Staff was super friendly. Serving size was slightly smaller then our local location. But taste was great. There was no line at 7 pm on a weekday Friday. Only suggestion would be make portions a little bigger. Was a great place to eat.

This was SUCH a pleasant experience. When we moved closer to the SHAKOPEE location we were so excited only to be met with the most absurd service by 15 y.o. Kids that I have ever had. When I ordered 3 burritos they opened a bag of MISSION TORTILLAS…from the grocery store…saying they ran out @ 2pm on a Saturday….huh? Absolutely ridiculous!
So I made a promise to myself not to eat at another Qdoba or
“****fast food Mexican hub****”- IYKYK!
Until I was able to let the NEW APPLE VALLEY Qdoba redeem my faith in it being ~THE~ superior fast food burrito brand!!
I was NOT disappointed!
This was an amazing experience I cannot wait to go again! The workers were so kind & quick…& THEY STILL HAD QDOBA MADE TORTILLAS AN HOUR PRIOR TO CLOSE!!…fantastic. Premium!
