Terrible service. The woman working the front ignored me and other customers for a solid 5-10 min at least. She was just moving so slow not even trying to work. She also had a bad attitude. She talked to her friend like the whole time…. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Service is good. But if you don’t accept $100 bills please put the sign BEFORE THE REGISTER because that is the end of the line. Also, I ordered a steak bowl, which I ordered yesterday in Egan. This one was $20.74. my bowl in Egan was $12.74. the exact same everything. Won’t be coming back soley based off the price

Evening staff sucks at putting the food together. Couldn’t even toast my tortilla correctly. Soggy, soft and unable to pick it up, also not what I asked for in the first place because the staff couldn’t communicate. 0/10 experience. Will never come back to this Qdoba.

The portioning during our visit was disappointing. I received a skimpy amount of rice and was told I’d be charged extra for more, which hasn’t been my experience in the past. My mother ordered double chicken and was also given very small portions. The employee assisting us appeared moody and lacked basic customer service, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Service was awesome! Food was even better! Their smoked brisket is better than some that I’ve had at BBQ restaurants. Everything was super fresh and clean. The tortilla soup was probably the best I’ve ever had, it is a bit spicy but for me it was just the right amount of heat. I love that they serve the impossible meat, it’s a favorite of mine. My husband is a devoted customer of a similar very popular restaurant and he actually loved this one.
