This was my first time visiting/my first impression of a Qdoba. Not sure what was up with the vibe this Sunday afternoon. In a one hour span:
-They mixed up my order with another customer’s order-luckily the customer with my order noticed it and handed me my order
-When I got home, I noticed they left my three tacos that were on my receipt out of my order
-When I drove back a second time to this location to pick up the tacos, I had to wait to resolve my issue while another customer argued with a manager. The manager did not appear to resolve the issue with that customer because she left looking upset, without her food.
-When it was my turn to discuss my issue with the manager, the tacos had been sitting out next to the cash register at room temp for 40 minutes. The manager picked them up and handed them to me with no apology.
-When I got back home to eat the tacos they were missing ingredients and were smothered in shredded cheese. The only things on my taco were guac, chicken, and a TON Of shredded cheese (to the point where my tacos were hiding). My receipt very clearly specified the ingredients. It seemed they overcompensated the missing tomatoes and lettuce with shredded cheese?
Not the greatest first impression. I am not sure I’d return. You can see my order in the attached photo. See if you can find the tacos.

Immediately greeted upon entering! Food was fresh and delicious and HUGE portions! Only could eat half of my bowl. This was our first time here! All of the staff was incredibly friendly. Will definitely come back!

Ordered a bowl with steak and chicken. With some other items on it. They were very skimpy on everything compared to other locations. Got it home the first time and the lid for the bowl was not secure and half my bowl was in the bag. Mind you I did carry it and place it flat in my vehicle and didn’t tip or anything reckless. The crew BARELY spoke or understood English! Had to point and repeat myself many times. They gave very very little anything in the bowl! I dont think I’ll ever return to this location!

Fantastic is all I can say! They greeted us warmly right away. I was impressed with the food; how fresh it was and newly refilled. We didn’t even wait to get our order in and it was busy, but they quickly got everyone through the line. Will definitely return!

Stopped in for a low carb bowl. Good staff, fairly clean but the salad was bad, brown and bruised. Did not make us sick but I was worried! Be careful, the jalapeños have sugar in them. They need fresh jalapeños and habaneros. Otherwise a good experience.

Love this qdoba, I come here all the time! The portions are great and I am always beyond satisfied after I eat. The workers are awesome they are very nice and friendly. Overall I love this location and look forward to eating here whenever I go to Appleton!
