What is this quality? I picked up a to go order. My order in particular was missing pico, had about half servings of everything else, brown guacamole and a shrimp with a vein hanging out of it. I threw it away. This is awful. Never going to this location again.

I love this new location! The outside seating area is really nice, more than enough parking. I cant wait for it to warm up so I can enjoy lunch or dinner on their patio. The staff was super nice each time I’ve gone. I wish I had gotten there names but the ladies & the manager are very pleasant & very helpful. You can tell they enjoy working together because everyone always have smiles on their face and they even talk to each other! I hope they keep up the great work and continue to give smiles! I literally go once a week sometimes 2 times a week because the service and food is great!

Service is good. The workers were attentive but the portions are extremely small! To be charging $9-13 bowls as a base price and to get not even have like half a bowl is wild. I always forget why I don’t frequent this location. This is the exact reason. Bullshit.

It was our first time at this location, and it was okay overall. We tried the quesadilla and an Impossible bowl; both were really tasty and made with fresh ingredients.
We received one skimpy bag of chips containing less than 1 cup of tortilla chips. They were stale and inedible, so that was an unpleasant surprise.

I have started going to this location mainly because I enjoy their burrito portion sizes and it’s very nearby to work, can always find myself in and out on pickups which is pleasant to find, with the staff being quick, kind and efficient.

I just finished my purchase, but the portion of food was particularly small. We live nearby and come here often because we like the food. The portions given by the ladies who served us before were generous, but this time it was a man. I even asked him to give a bit more while he was packing, but the portion was still very small, it felt like it would be gone in just two bites, and my daughter couldn’t even get full. This made me really upset！

I ordered catering for 30 people for bowls.
I got one small pan of rice.
I called and asked how much rice for catering of 10 people, they said 3 pounds but then gave me 5.6 lbs for 30 people.
Of course we ran out, I came back and they charged me $21 for another pan of rice knowing the shorted me and said there I nothing they can do.
$400 and won’t do catering here again.

Treats uber drivers horribly totally disrespectful and terribly long wait I sat there for 10 mins with no acknowledgement waiting for a single burrito bowl and it was -10 degrees outside. I would not recommend going here unless you want to be treated as a sub Human

I was correct! 5 star service as always. The Lead/ Supervisor apologized for the wait, which I didn’t feel it was necessary. 2 people ahead of me had the expected wait time. Good, on Chipotle portions lol

This is a brand new location and it shows! Very clean and fresh when we came in. The employees were very nice and helpful. You could tell they were newer as the burritos kind of fell apart, but with more hours and practice those burritos will be perfect. Great first experience at a new location! I’ll def be a regular after moving to the neighborhood
