This is supposed to be a quesadilla. Yes, this is how it was presented when taking it out of the box.
The item is supposed to come with pico and guacamole on the side. Also ordered extra chips. Did not get any of that. The others in my group also did not get any of their chips with the bowls they ordered.
The last time I ordered from here, the rice in my bowl was hard and cold.
After these orders at this location, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately this Qdoba is not operating to even their own company standards. This location is just awful. The food had no flavor. The manager (the older woman wearing the yellow shirt) her entire demeanor was just off. Unkindly… they didn’t have any small lids for the small fountain drinks. They didn’t have any salt. They didn’t ask if I’d like my meal for there or to go- they just packed it up into a to go bag anyways. In the future I will avoid this location at all costs.

Go to literally any other Qdoba because this one is just NOT worth it. Every time I’ve been here it’s been something. The first time, the staff would not let me put queso inside the quesadilla I was ordering, which I’ve been able to do at EVERY other location I’ve visited nationwide. A few months later (last week) I decided to give it another chance, and I put in an online order. I saw them making the entree, but they handed me the bag without the entree in it which I only realized after I had arrived at my next destination. Thankfully, Qdoba’s online support team resolved this quickly and gave me a free entree coupon. The final straw was today, when I put in an online order for pickup. I ordered a burrito, large salsa roja + chips, and a large queso + chips. I was handed my order when I asked for it, and I checked it before I left the store. Nothing seemed amiss so I left and continued to my destination. The entree was fine, my burrito was made exactly how it was ordered and tasted fine. However, upon opening the rest of the bag, I discovered only one SMALL bag of chips for the two large dips when I paid $10 total for two SEPARATE orders of chips and dip. The chips tasted and felt like cardboard. Secondly, the tag says roja salsa on it, but they gave me a container of roasted tomato salsa. Not the end of the world, but given that this is a location with repeat offenses, I have much less patience for it. Thirdly, when I opened the queso, it was grainy, off-color, and CLEARLY not mixed well (pictures attached.)
The fact that this keeps happening is beyond disappointing, especially given the fact that so many other people are on here expressing the same sentiment. All I have ever experienced at this Qdoba is a lack of care and attention from the employees. Order food from literally ANYWHERE ELSE at Bayshore because this Qdoba is NOT worth your time or your money.

Employees need to make sure take-out orders are accurate!! I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a custom brisket bowl, with chicken added and other toppings, only to be received a bowl with half portion of chicken, with no brisket meat, loads of vegetables, and they gave me black beans instead of pinto beans. Such a waste of time and money…

I’ve been going to this location for a while. It’s usually a hit or miss with the food but there’s been some changes with the staff and my past few experiences the food has been better and the customer service has been extremely pleasant. The manager is very sweet and the culture there seems to be great. The staff seemed happy, they were very friendly and worked well together. I dined in with my family and we enjoyed our experience with them.

In my opinion, this location is short staffed. They work hard, they always got our orders right, and they were always professional and courteous. However, whenever we go there, there are about 3-4 people working. I don’t think that’s enough to cook, serve, run cash register, and clean, especially if a dinner rush hits. I have ZERO complaints about the food or service, but I think they need more help.

The food was great. The service was great but the restaurant could be cleaner. I don’t think they go around and clean the tables enough but other than that everything was really good. I would love to get delivery but they don’t have the options I would get in the store. There is no option for 3 cheese nachos. Or an option for extra sides of nachos. I don’t always have a car so that limits my options. But keep up the good service on the restaurant.

this is the worst Qdoba you can go to in milwaukee and its because its IN MILWAUKEE. they dont care its never organized and they will forget or mess up your order everytime. just go downtown or drive out further.
