workers servicing me were extremely rude and I had to keep repeating what I wanted in my bowl, I was the only person in the restaurant which shows they just weren’t listening! I ordered a chicken bowl and starting from my rice I got a half scoop of EVERYTHING and the guy was sprinkling on my meat and poured the rest back. I was seriously upset and everyone having a bad attitude I was afraid to ask for more of everything because the first serving wasn’t merely enough! I felt intimidated by their dismissive behavior and I was afraid to ask for chips because none were offered to me. I definitely will never EVER be back to this location again!
Update: I went against my better judgment and went back here only because I was in the area and it was snowing (I don’t mind driving way out of my way which is what I usually do) I had two coupons and the manager (Mexican woman dark grey shirt) told me I couldn’t use both my coupons in a single day. Who TF made those rules because they sure as hell aren’t the companies rules! I always go to a specific location and I have NEVER EVER been given any issues regarding me using two coupons. I went and sat in my car and used my other coupon and ordered online. Look at how they put my order together. This is a low quality meal to say the least. I went inside and asked why there wasn’t enough meat and I was told I got two scoops. That looks like one full scoop, the entire staff needs to be fired and start fresh with an entirely new team of professional people. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN! I’m really going back to Chipotle because I can’t deal with incompetent low quality people.
Always hot, always fresh, and the staff are honestly freaking amazing.
Gotta love that they are open till 1030 in fox point. And dude….what fast food chain gets you a meal for $10 these days.
I take my family to culvers-$50
5 guys -$67
Jimmy Johns-$40
Potbellys-$45
Bruh QDOBA – Under $30
So fox point homies; they will DEFINITELY keep raising our property taxes, but you can still skip cooking dinner with ‘doba.
Few days ago placed an order and the manager (Hispanic girl whit glasses and bad actitude) overcharged me. I paid in cash, and she did not want to give me the receipt; she kept acting clueless when I asked for it.
When she finally gave it to me, I noticed she had applied rewards/points, even though I clearly told her I do NOT have a rewards program. When I questioned her about it, she said it was “a mistake” and printed another receipt, but it did not match what I actually paid.
So the question is: does anyone actually check these things or what?
Because this doesn’t feel like a simple mistake, but rather a very non-transparent practice, especially when it involves cash and receipts.
I recommend everyone double-check their ticket before leaving.
