This Qdoba doesn’t not know menu options clearly. I ordered a mini bowl, asked for it to be rang up as a kid’s meal and was told no. I do this ALL the time and the response was shocking. I did not pay and decided to drive to another Qdoba where OF COURSE my customer needs were met. It seems the Miller Park Qdoba location needs a site visit so that all their staff can understand the menu and pricing.

They rock! The burrito is on point and I have to say their customer service is great. The lady in front of me was complaining about it costing more than it should and they just calmly kept explaining to her it was what it was. I had to hold back from asking her if she’s broke! Heard she was gonna bad mouth them on a survey and had to come and balance it out. Thank you all great job.

Food is good, but both times I have ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla online my quesadilla comes without the cheese crust. It costs an extra dollar to get the cheese crust. Also missing chips and salsa. Have ended up with incorrect orders too many times

Worst qdoba in Milwaukee. They literally have never produced a correct order. I don’t know if it’s blatant incompetence or what but they get my order wrong every time. The burrito always looks like it’s been run over by a bus and leaks everywhere.
