i would just like to say i am so impressed by this Qdoba! it is so so clean in here, I’ve gone to many Qdobas throughout the years and this location by far has got to be my all time favorite and I’ll continue to keep coming only here from now on!! another thing that made my day is how kind and caring the staff are especially the lady manager! i forgot to ask her name but i hope someone knows who I’m trying to mention. the most recent time i came in i couldn’t quite figure out what i wanted and the lady manager took time out of her day to ask me what sort of things i like and it really meant a lot to me! as a older man who doesn’t ever get help like this at other food places or locations this was such a kind thing to do that i will never forget! i HIGHLY recommend coming here you wont regret it! if the lady who took care of me sees this you are such a sweetheart! thank you for putting a smile on a old mans face (: 5 stars all day long

We were there on a fund raiser through St James for St Vincent DePaul, so first what an amazingly generous thing to do.
Food was hot and flavorful, every order was made perfectly.
Luke especially juggled orders on a very busy night but took the time to be personable through it all.

Austin the person preparing my food on 2/23/26 around 330 pm was very rude and impatient. My sister and I were kind and she was snarky and had an attitude, made me very upset and sad to see the way she treating others in addition to me.

Stopped in at the Mukwonago location on Wednesday 10/29/25 with my daughter. I’ve never been to Qdoba and didn’t really know how or what to order. The staff (2 men and 1 woman) were patient, polite, helpful, and efficient. Just want to say thanks. We will definitely be returning.

A tall, slim younger male with a nose ring, was handling the register and also touched cash and coins with gloves on, did not change his gloves at all, and in between customers, kept going to the line and was grabbing food out of the containers to finish orders with the same gloves. I asked if he was handling food with the same gloves he touched cash with and he paused and acted surprised that I asked that. He then sneered and me, took his gloves off and washed his hands. I could throw up. I really like Qdobas but I will not get food from there when I see that he’s working. He contaminated the entire line of food.

Hard to communicate, almost took a door dash order. My daughter used restroom there was no TP…..smh…..THEN, after we get home, daughter’s taco barely had any guacamole, and the burrito only contained the sour cream in the picture. We shouldn’t have been charged for that unmeasurable amount lol

No white rice and the brown rice was not even cooked right. The vegetables were not even cut right, they literally were big pieces and they were not cooked. This place sucks I will not return. Such a waste of money.

A little crazy but it was the grand opening. The food was great but the service was a little slow. The employees looked well informed and were handling the grand opening lunch rush really well.

The food is good and the employees are usually pretty good. Their soda machine seems to always be out of most of the options though and you don’t see that until after already paying for your cup, so if you wanted someone specific, check the machine before wasting your money on it.
