Stopped in and took my food to go. Everything looked fresh as I went through the line and my meal turned out great. The chips are salty as others have said, but I love them! They go great with the guac in my opinion.

The service here is by far the worst! I was driving home from Illinois and decided to stop here, big mistake. On top of the service being horrible the food was extremely salty and disgusting. I couldn’t stomach it at all. My Husband took one bite and threw his away. We both have high blood pressure and this food raised mines within a few hours of taking only 3 bites. Those chips are bathed in salt, rice undercooked and crunchy, beans flavorless. I’m starting to believe in this company less and less. I wouldn’t recommend this location and honestly the chain as a whole.

Stopped on a Friday evening for the surf and turf bowl. I had to wait 5 mins for shrimp to be prepared and as I went down the line they were missing a lot of items to be added to my bowl. I don’t know if they under estimated the Friday night rush or needs new management but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

I was picking up an order there for Doordash and the woman working the register did not acknowledge me standing there for over 10 minutes. I went over to the line to ask how much longer the order might be and she said that I was just a doordasher and could stand to the side and wait my turn. I told her she could at least treat me like a human being and acknowledge me standing there for 10 minutes. She was able to address her phone but not me. I was then told if I did not like it I could leave without my order and not come back. This is the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give a service level of 0 stars I would.

Just went there and ordered 3 bowls 2 steak and 1 chicken…the rice was so under cooked it was still hard and dry. The staff was very nice. Just need more lessons on cooking rice.

If you went on the 31st of October for the bogo entree you probably had a similar experience to me. The employee with the long hair was so full of attitude, impatient, made me feel inconvenienced by just standing in front of her. She gave small portions looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. I’m normally nice and try to give the benefit of the doubt to service workers but this was beyond acceptable. Most the toppings were below halfway and no one was on the grill. I would think they would be better prepared seeing they have a big promotion that night.

I never had an issue eating here till now I ordered me, my man food the food is over cooked & beyond salty & queso no flavor & milky & plus the rice is under cooked as well please make sure you’re food is cooked someone can choke

My husband stopped by today to get some lunch. He ordered a steak nacho and a steak quesadilla. The steak and the chips almost seemed like they were from the night before.. Most of the chips in the bag were all clumped together and almost seemed under cooked and over salted. I also had jalapeños in my nacho .. I never asked for jalapeños so not sure how those ended up in there. I rarely go to this qdoba because it seems like every time I go it’s a waste of money. Food quality is always poor. I keep hoping their quality gets better but I’m always wrong.
