I am so disappointed with this meal. 1st the food is cold. I’ve ate half my burrito and had my first piece of steak which is so fatty I can barely eat it!
I’ve ate here 3 times now. The last time the staff was great! Talkative and helpful..the food was great! This time horrible. The girl didn’t talk. She didn’t offer any help on how many of each of the different choices. She made my husband’s food then took care of 2 drive thru orders before coming back to make mine. Meanwhile she left his bowl sitting uncovered while she took care of other orders. I guess what really bothered me is the cold food and the very little meat(steak) they put on my burrito. With the price of everything in the world to go out and eat is a rarity and to have this be my experience is very disappointing. Not worth the money we spent.

Order two identical bowls with habanero lime steak and only one of the two bowls had the steak in it. This it the second time this has happened and after contacting the store I was told they would remedy the mistake with a credit to my Qdoba loyalty account. The credit for the burrito bowl was never applied and using the contact customer service link iOS useless. Qdoba sends out a reply that the team at the store that can best follow up has been notified. I’m not holding my breath since I’m still waiting for “the team” to respond to my inquiry from February 27th.

Garbage service. Order chips and salsa and coke on top of my meal. Everything was forgotten. When I got it I received a total of 14 chips. The bag was less than 1/4 full. That when somewhere gets ruined for me. So basically I paid $6 for a coke and queso that I have to eat with a spoon ?

Me and my boyfriend went into QDOBA to eat dinner. While we were waiting to order one of the guys behind the counter (I believe he was the manager on duty) started talking to us about the ground beef was because my boyfriend had asked about it. He then goes on to talk about how he doesn’t like the ground beef because it reminds him of Taco Bell and goes on to talk about a manager at Taco Bell would go and sexually assault girls. We didn’t really appreciate this being brought up while we were trying to order. And another thing is we had asked for some fresh meat because a lot of the meat in the hot case wasn’t moist and looked burnt and he only replaced the pork and not the ground beef and the ground beef I got was burnt. After him bringing up the sexual stuff with Taco Bell and the burnt meat it made it very hard for me to eat and I ended up throwing it out.

The young man working was nice but the older lady was lecturing him in front of customers about how he needs to “not panic.” And it was taking away from him helping customers. I’m also certain that did not help whatever stress he was dealing with. I don’t think she realizes its QDOBA. It’s fine, he will figure it out. Anyway, food was fine, as always.

While I was enjoying my meal, I had something sharp hit the back of my throat. I thought I swallowed a chip wrong, but as I kept swallowing the pain was getting worse and wasn’t going away. If you are squeamish this is your que to stop reading. Since I could feel something lodged in the back of my throat, I figured I could just dislodge it. As I was trying to get what I thought was the chip out I started bleeding. I finally got what was stuck and found it was actually a 2 inch wire (the one in the photo). I no longer had the appetite to finish my meal and now I have a sore throat. Eat here at your own risk.
