Food was tasty enough but my bowl was half full and it wasn’t even warm. Guacamole was good, again chips were cold. Tortilla soup was mildly warm. I picked up my order 4 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. Oh ya, ZERO cutlery!

food is always a hit or miss. sometimes it’s really good but i’ve had raw fajita vegetables and the wrong type of rice before. they’re very bad at following online orders.

We make it a weekly visit to this location in Grafton. Two of my favorite people are Noah and Jack. Since I pick up my order usually every Friday, these 2 guys (there is also a girl- not sure of her name but also a sweetheart & kind) always know my order and how to prepare it. They are part of reason we keep coming back.

We stood in line for 10 min without any acknowledgement that we were there. While the people making food laughed amongst themselves. Very poor customer service. I was told he doesn’t speak English.
Then he shouldn’t be in a position that he’s expected to talk….

Food was great as always. And let me tell ya, if you cherish customer service this is your place? My wife asked for an avocado on the side. (She meant guac) lmao well they gave her what she asked for!!! Haha good laugh too

It was clear they had several online orders the employees were filling as we stood at the counter without being acknowledged for several minutes. When we finally were asked to order we received one word questions, rice? Beans? Meat? Queso? Veggies? My son asked for a chicken and white rice bowl. This is what he got. My wife expressed to the employee filling the bowl, that my son would only be getting rice and meat. This is what he got.

The young guys behind the counter were nice. The food was delicious. My kids love Qdoba because they can have a burrito the way they want.
I’m giving the atmosphere 4⭐️ because the tables were very dirty.
