I hate writing reviews like this, as I’ve enjoyed Qdoba for as long as I can remember, but patrons should be aware of how poor this location is. I bought steak tacos, a chicken burrito bowl with double chicken and a chicken quesadilla for my family. The chicken and steak were inedible, completely burnt and charred, while there was also a huge chunk of raw chicken in the middle of something resembling a burrito bowl. The quesadilla was surprisingly edible as we had to share it while tossing the other items. Save your time and visit the location on Silvernail Road in Pewaukee, where they have actual adults working, and is much, much better.

I’ve been to this location multiple times in the past couple weeks and am writing a review as it’s been terrible every time! The portion sizes are the smallest I’ve ever experienced at a Qdoba and they get it wrong. I ordered online for my daughter- kid’s nachos, rice, chicken, and cheese. Chips and juice on the side. They forgot the juice and there was no rice in the bowl. I will never go back. Feels like they are trying to give you as little as possible for the $ every time I go. See the picture. This is before she even took a bite. Her favorite part is the rice and there was none. Didn’t notice until we were gone.

Service & atmosphere: awful. Walked in and there were employees sitting on their phones. Then they were too busy talking about their after work plans to the point where my girlfriend and I questioned if they were even open before they finally asked us what we wanted to eat. Then when ordering the fella got every single thing my girlfriend asked for wrong while the 3 of them were yapping away. Then we go sit and eat and the restaurant is filthy! Shoulda gone to noodles! I’ve been coming to this location for 3+ years as a regular customer. The previous employees 6 months ago to 3 years ago were great! I came here specifically over the Ocon location because the employees were awesome! However that is no longer the case. In fact, it’s the exact opposite.
Every weekend it’s the same thing, employees slacking off and not cleaning tables, restocking condiments/cutlery etc., or adhering to quality/cleanliness standards. Tonight there was 1 clean table and the back section was completely blocked off from use before 7:15 pm because they hadn’t been cleaning them. All other tables available were covered in food crumbs from previous customers. A staff member was on his phone instead of actually cleaning tables. This is a regular occurrence. I’ve also seen an employee come in from outside and put on gloves to start serving food without bothering to wash his hands. If the front of the restaurant is this dirty and unkempt, I’m concerned for how they’re preparing the food and what the kitchen looks like. Please do better.

This Qdoba location has completely gone down hill. The burrito bowl wasn’t even half full. I might have gotten 5 pieces of steak and they made me order salsa on the side. This cost me $32 for a bowl that was half full, stale chips and cold queso. I frequent this location, but after this, I don’t want to come back. I’m not sure how this is acceptable for any establishment.

I never like to leave these kind of reviews… but I have given this location multiple opportunities to improve. I work In the area so I would love to be able to enjoy my lunch here unfortunately each time I leave dissatisfied. If I get a burrito it’s not wrapped well at all, first bite and it comes apart I try to fix it and my food is falling out. The employees rush when putting in the ingredients and especially with wrapping so it is not easy to handle, I’ve tried re-wrapping it my self a few times but unfortunately by then it’s too late and the burrito is soaked and the shell will rip apart. Please figure out a way to fix this as I would love to enjoy Qdoba on my lunch! Until then I will have to find a new location.

We visit Qdoba often, and this location by far has been the best.
The value of Quantity and Quality is the highest of any other Qdoba I have visited. Ricardo is the manager at this location, and his team is awesome. If I was going to open a franchise I would mirror what was done at this location. Bryan and the onsite team are great. We have done catering, family meals, as well as ordinary visits.

Wasn’t my regular go to QDOBA. It was very clean in appearance. A couple of guys just sitting around though. Another was walking out as I came in. I spoke,and he didn’t. Finally someone jumped to attention and began making my bowl. As he did he said something in Spanish to some people in the back, and they laughed. Making me feeling cautionary about my food. I chalked up as youth. The food turned out to be good. But, I doubt I’ll return to this particular QDOBA. Didn’t feel like the comfort I usually get fron 124th Capitol, Port Washington rd Bay Shore, Miller Parway, nor the one on Hwy 100 closest to North Ave. Point, I go to, and like QDOBA. Didn’t like my experience there.

This location of QDOBA has ok guest service, but high quality food despite there disgusting bathrooms. The men’s and woman’s bathroom had a grotesque smell to them. Plus it looked like it is not maintained at all. I highly doubt that there bathrooms are cleaned daily or even weekly! There was rust on on the metal handle bars and even the plunger was rusty. I almost did not wash my hands because there sink faucet was dirty and full of limescale and calcium buildup.

We stop for takeaway, never eat in. Prices are very expensive for fast food, but it’s my grandson’s favorite. Burritos and bowls are mostly rice & beans with a small amount of meat. Steak fajita is usually good. Citrus lime Chicken Salad is good when the veggies are fresh. Street Tacos are itty bitty, and no soft corn tortillas.
