I come regularly, and I always ask them for raw onions which the server gets the onions from under the counter except for this one specific employee (skinny, light skin). Every single time she makes my order, she lies and says they don’t serve onions and any other special requests I need she says “we don’t have them today”.
I always get chipotle ranch on my bowl and she says “we don’t have any more chipotle ranch for the day” which is a lie as always. Any special requests I have she is just too lazy to accommodate me and it is starting to become very annoying and unprofessional. If you do not feel like reaching under the counter or going to the back to grab more supplies/ingredients, just say it. Qdoba costs too much to not be enjoyable. I am always pleased with the other employees except this one. I tried to get her name via reciept but it just says “Drawer 1 TM1078”. Most likely will not be back as long as she is on the schedule.
We ordered Qdoba for lunch through Uber Eats because they were running a buy-one-get-one burrito deal. Sounded like a good idea at the time… but unfortunately, it was a total letdown.
The burritos that showed up were shockingly small…like they literally just split one in half and wrapped them separately. And the taste? Nonexistent. The white rice was supposed to be cilantro lime, but it was just plain, overcooked steamed rice with zero flavor. The whole thing felt lazy and thrown together. We couldn’t even finish them.
Definitely not worth the price, even with the deal. Wouldn’t recommend ordering Qdoba through Uber Eats unless they seriously step up the quality.
I will never eat their food again and definitely recommend you never eat it either.
