QDOBA is great. Their servings are awesome, price is amazing, and customer service is great. And I was just there and was treated the best by one of the staffs there names Paige. If she doesn’t get a raise soon then something is wrong!

Generally have pretty good luck here. The fresh lime salt chips are quite good, so I generally get nachos with chips on the side. It’s just one entree price, but you get a bit more in the bowl without the chips being in there and then they won’t get soggy either. Ingredients are fresh, portions a decent, and your meal can be whipped up pretty quick. Place is usually fairly clean, and I find most staff friendly and helpful if needed as well. As with most places, consistency can vary as far as portions, service, but over all, mostly good here. I would certainly give this place a try if you haven’t to see what your own thoughts are.

I am always satisfied by the quality of service we receive when we visit Qdoba on Hamilton, but what we experienced today was worthy of a review. I watched a team of two, maybe a third hidden in the back working behind the scenes, put an entire College Baseball team through the line, without missing a beat. There had to have been at least 30 people and they were all seated and eating in about 10 minutes! The team was well composed, provided excellent service and made sure everything was hot and fresh! You don’t see that every day! Maritza and Jesse, job well done!

Went here on Buy one get one free burrito day, the girl at the register, Mattie, was being yelled at by some angry customer during a super busy day. This customer was getting rude and in her face but she handled it really well, and she was efficient and helpful towards me. I appreciate her service and how well she managed a difficult situation, definitely handled it better than I would’ve. Shoutout to her!

There is this girl there that never smiles & no matter how friendly, how nice you are she just seems upset to see you there. She just throws the ingredients on your bowl. Sometimes I’ve gotten lucky and have others help me and they make your food nice, neat and evenly and always with a smile.

One star because I couldn’t finish my burrito. It tasted great until I pulled a long hair out of my mouth. Sad that the staff is more concerned over what’s going on in their mobile phones than offering a clean and sanitary dining experience.
They took my meal and tried to provide me with a free entre card. The point of me being there was that I was hungry. I appreciate the gesture but I requested my money back so I could go elsewhere.

I door dash the food and for the second time now, my bowl was missing beans, which was disappointing.
