I got the ground beef nacho bowl with chips on the side. Never had ground beef and 10/10 do not recommend lol. The chicken and steak are seasoned better and way more flavorful.

Honestly this is the best qdoba in town. I drive 12 minutes to come to this one and for a good reason. It’s the cleanest with the best staff and portion size. They are constantly making fresh food and putting it out as well. These people are awesome!

I want to preface this by saying the gentleman who served me was amazing! Chatted with me while we waited for some fresh rice. He was amazing!
I’m writing this review about the manager. This manager was talking poorly of employees who were not working at the time. It is 100% unacceptable to be talking about employees performance to other employees, let alone in front of customers. I’d recommend a change in management at this location if that is the quality of the management.

Horrible!! Guacamole was slices of avocados – including the outside skins. Chips were raw, wet and bendy. Chicken was burnt. Bowl was only half-full and very small portion.
Employees looked miserable when I came in to pick it up. No greeting and zero warm vibes.

Probably the worst qdoba I’ve been to with regards to the food portions and flavor. The female server was scoping like I was a child or she’s over the job. The portion size is terrible. They should have a fixed sized spoon for their protein because it’s this half spoon I got wasn’t it. Furthermore, the chicken was burnt as well. Smh! The food truly lacked flavor which was odd. The jalapeños helped for sure. The speed of service was on point.
Overall this was not a good experience at this location. I’ll never come back here again.

Came in and ordered a nacho and a chips and queso. The lady said she can’t put rice in my nachos but will put it on the side.. so she put it into a 4 oz container. They bagged it up for me and when I got home, they through the queso in the bag upside down and it spilled all over the bag and they did not give me my side of rice which I still have no idea why they couldn’t have just put it in my entree but whatever. Very disappointed, was really looking forward to it. I tried to call to make a complaint and nobody answered.

Ridiculous experience. Constantly 25 people in line, 15+ waiting for pickup. I patiently waited 70 minutes for a take-away order. 1 of 5-6 employees (should be at least 10 with this traffic) places take-out bags on the shelf, *DOES NOT SAY CUSTOMER NAME / No acknowledgement for customers standing & waiting. You see the name on the order, and everyone standing there.. why not inform the customer when it’s ready?
Come to find out 70 minutes later that the order was actually done, but wasn’t placed on the take-away shelves. Why do you have every order going to the shelves…except for one that you keep behind the counter? Yikes. What are the pickup shelves for. Needless to say I’m not coming back.
