Ordered Uber eats. Most ingredients were missing. The person wrapping the burrito needs to find a new job. Called the store. Was told to call Uber. Now I get to spend the evening fighting to get my money back.

Edit: Took the food back after getting nowhere with Uber. Manager on duty gave me cards for 2 free entrees. Still upset with the time wasted last night trying to resolve this, but appreciate them trying to make it right.

Shoutout to Jaden, Donovan, and Chloe. They are the most efficient and fast workers I’ve ever seen. This was my first time coming here and They all helped me choose something to try off the menu. The restaurant was absolutely spotless and bathrooms were clean! Great job to the manager on duty tonight. I will definitely be back!

Walked into store and all the chairs were stacked on top of the tables at 7pm. Right off the bat it doesn’t feel very inviting. Then I went to order and they were out of taco salad shells, then they were out of sour cream and the rest of the food looked like it had been sitting for sometime. The cheeses all had a crust on it. I walked out halfway through order. This place has bad reviews and I should have listened. VERY POOR RAN STORE!!

Love the food, but customer service has been awful for a while. The food is the only thing carrying the place. Placed an online order and they tried to say they never got the order, even though our card was charged and I received email confirmation. Once given the order number they tried saying it was under a different name-but the receipt matched all the info we gave them. Never tip in advance, the service sucks and they won’t ever have your order done when you show up. At least never for me ♀️

Restaurant smells like a bathroom, rude service, under portioned, no drink lids or hot sauce available, pico was rancid, chicken was off, half scoops of meat rice and beans and a mountain of cheese and sour cream, dirty bathrooms. Really nothing was right, go to the Taco Bell down the street or el patron for better Mexican.

Disgusted this just came up my straw! I’m going to vomit. No way I will allow my kids to eat any of the food I just ordered. $60 down the drain. I took a photo of what was strained out of the cup. The chunks are gelatinous! That is a bacterial colony. I will never be going to this location again and I highly recommend avoiding it all together

I came here today with my boyfriend and we both got the 3 cheese nachos. First off, their portion sizes are TERRIBLE. They gave us like a half of scoop of everything, my chips tasted like they were super stale. We asked for new chips and they (Riley and the manager with no name tag) were throwing and banging stuff around getting us new chips aggressively. The one in Fruitport is SO much better and I will never be coming to this one anymore. We will be contacting corporate after this one. ALSO, (yeah there’s more) the dine in is TERRIBLE the tables are messed up and wobbly, the backing of chairs are ripped up.

$18 for just a burrito and a drink, but the drink you want has a sign on the tap that says out of service. Just another fast food restaurant with extreme prices and poor service.

The girl was nice, but the food was poor it’s supposed to be a southwest stake burrito, but there’s more rice than anything lack of steak, and the only flavor it has is the sauce on the side they give you
