Stopped in for lunch today. The customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, offered recommendations, and accommodated all of my requests when preparing my order without hesitation. The dining area was clean and well kept. My meal didn’t disappoint either. My food was fresh and tasty. I even saved room for dessert! I left feeling like my business was appreciated. Stop in and enjoy personable service and a great meal if you’re in the Battle Creek area.

By far the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. If I noticed before ordering I would have left. The floors and surfaces look like they haven’t been cleaned all day with food and dirt all over, including the serving station had piles of old food between the platters. We sat with a full view of the kitchen and the floor was coverd in food and a broom was in the middle and the staff would walk over instead of picking up and cleaning.

This place was great on our late evening visit. I got the cheesiest bowl I’ve ever had and boy was it fantastic the location is pretty well updated on the inside, has a nice chill atmosphere. If I had to critique them at all, it would be lobby cleanliness. But I’m easy to please and food was great, happy customer here

There’s a really weird rude employee that that works the line and he refuses to give you an adequate amount of rice, this has been on going for months and I’m tired of it. Even if you ask for more rice he will complain and argue saying that’s all the rice he can give you. Rice is like the cheapest ingredient and he argues every time. He needs to be gotten rid of. Otherwise the other workers are great.

This was my first time here. Hubbys been before and my daughter’s first time also. First time at this location altogether. We were quickly welcomed! And with a smile, I let the lady working know I didn’t know what I was doing she said very nicely “I got you” she helped throughout the whole process! The food was absolutely delicious, place was clean and tidy ! I will be back again. (My order was a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, taco meat, cheese, pico, mild salsa, peppers, sour cream and guacamole!) ABSOLUTELY BUSSIN! WITH a side of chips and queso….

The girl who made my food was rude. After being told they were out of shrimp for the order I placed I ask for a little more steak. She informed me, with attitude, “there’s an up charge” I said that’s fine and she threw the meat on. Then I said “no thank you” to queso and she put it on anyway. In turn wasting the first bowl and all the extra steak! Definitely a candidate for replacing or at the least retraining.

I came to visit from Indiana. First time here on a girls trip and decided to stop by this restaurant to eat. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in idk how long. The glass over food had splatters that all over it and you could barely see food from the dirtiness. The employee was rude and looked like she didn’t want to be there. Also made my food incorrectly. I asked for the guac in the side and she put it on my food. All the meats had crusted over burnt ends like it was overcooked. The pico de gallo tomatoes looked soggy and left over. Nothing looked fresh. The flavors were out of syrup, no flavors for different sodas and juices. The bathroom was nice though.

I love Qdoba but this location needs some love. The floor is very slimy, the place needs a deep cleaning. Also the doors were locked Sunday, after the scheduled open time.

I did like how the bathrooms were cute and pretty though dirty and not very tidy. The whole place should be more tidy and clean.
As for food… I prefer qdoba to chipotle. It’s not the best food in the world but it didn’t make me feel upset either.
The landscape was cute as well. Please put a couple of plants inside. They will really make the place cozy.

My son struggles making choices. The employee was very friendly with him. She never got frustrated. He was able to get his meal the way he wanted it.
