Wow, how embarrassing. We arrived on a Saturday at 3:30pm to order. They did not have any queso, white rice, ground beef, steak, pickled onions, or Dr. Pepper. The queso was separating and the lettuce was rotten. We have been here several times in the past with much better experience but this time was abysmal. I brought my mother to try it for the first time and I can promise she will never go to another QDOBA because of this experience.

Steve was super nice to talk with. The other gentleman that made our order nailed it, and was very friendly. We come in once every couple of weeks and Steve really just made our experience especially great tonight.

We had not previously been to this store. We ordered and forgot to order drinks. Drinks were given at no addirional cost to us. It was our mistake but the crew imsisted. Thank you for a pleasent experience and great food. The meals were really good. Including the brownie. Can’t say enough! Thanks!

The lady doing mobile orders on Friday nights is disrespectful and lazy. My order was to be picked up between 9:24pm-9:34pm, and I arrived at 9:34pm on the dot. She didn’t start making my order until 15 minutes later, asked me my name while she was making it and then put it on the shelf instead of handing me the bag and/or even telling me it was my order. She continued to make another order while knowing I was still waiting. Eventually another worker came over, asked me my name and handed me my food. After that long wait, the food sucked. Small proportion and burrito looks like it was rolled by a preschooler.

I had pick up order, completely wrong and messy had the carnitas bowl. Didn’t get the cilantro , corn salsa, or pick on it and barely any meat . Very disappointing pregnant and have been craving and don’t eat out often was very disappointed 🙁

My family of 7 all got food poisoning from the Drake road Qdoba location. Workers are not friendly. Floors were slippery with no sign. Chicken was burnt, and I believe it’s from that. I didn’t think anything of it, so we just continued eating because it was busy. Some of the food had strands of hair in it. Water also tasted metallic. I had no appetite after we ate, so we know it’s from the food at this location. Symptoms took less than 24 hours from consuming to start. Hiring teens that can’t clean just shows this location is hiring anyone.
