Even though they were extremely busy and short handed, everyone there worked quickly to clear the line and fill orders. Even door dash had minimal waiting. Everyone was upbeat, and energetic as well as courteous.

I think they were having an off day but I received two cups of comically brown guac with my order today. Given that they were nearly black, I’m not sure how someone felt those were good to give out. Everything else in my order was fine, but I was looking forward to the guac.

Honestly this is one of the best qdoba franchises of all time. Clean, stocked, staffed, it’s a tightly run ship. I’ve been ordering from here for lunch for at least 7 years and have never had a single complaint. I like to get brisket nachos, ask for your cheese and toppings on the side for an insider hack. The owner is there often and he’s a really nice guy, I hope his business does great because he’s doing a good job

I asked for a 1/2 portion of shrimp and 1/2 portion of chicken. Was told no, they can’t do that. I advised them that Frandor does this. They said well, we are corporate, and we can’t. They checked with other team members and they said no. I explained Frandor charges me for a shrimp price which I was ok with. Guy said well, we aren’t Frandor. Claimed they can only do a full portion of chicken and a full portion of shrimp. I walked out without ordering. QDOBA is about customizing your dish. Today this location failed. If you are thinking about it, my order, you actually make more money. What a way to lose a sale. See photo. Steak and shrimp. No chicken and shrimp? Smh.

Can’t trust their business hours, showed up to grab some food after the gym at 9:15 and they already had the doors locked. Never had this happen at any other location, the employees working should be reported to management
There were 4 other cars aside from myself waiting outside trying to get food as well, we all went up the street to Chipotle smh

Good grief. Holy cluster! You run a special then don’t staff it. I expect a wait but when you wait 40 minutes here something is wrong. Nothing against the two ladies working, they did great, except kept stopping serving the line of people for door dash and online orders which kept coming. The owner and manager need to be here, especially when staffing is an issue. They lost lots of business tonight. At least a dozen people walked out the door after waiting too long. Others walked in, saw the line, and left. Also, with no staff means no tables cleaned so sitting locations were few. The beverage supply area was also a mess and not stocked. Not sure we will be back.

Do not come to this location, they simply do not care! Ordered food here about a week ago because I love all the other locations, and they gave me stuff I didn’t even order with zero sauces (I picked 2) and it was dry as hell and almost uneditable. I gave it another try today and same thing! No sauces at all once again! I called and complained and nobody cared so I simply won’t come back to this location, beware!

This is nothing against the 2 gals working on Valentines night. Management needs to step up and be present. Especially when a BOGO has been advertised. You have to expect to be busy and be staffed accordingly. If people call off, owners/managers need to step up and step in.
The line was half way to the door, people leaving, stopped waiting on the people in front of them to try and catch up with on-line orders …. (Holding up those in person to deal with online orders is a whole different rant).
These gals did the best they could trying to juggle it all.
None the less, the wait was crazy (30-ish minute wait just to get to the counter). There should have been more people staffed. Tables weren’t being cleaned and garbage overflowing.

I made an online order and it wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after the ready time. they then forgot 1 of my 2 bowls. while waiting i kept trying to talk to someone to give them my name for my order and they ignored me and took names of people who have walked in after me.
Wow. I’m not editing this bc the blonde older lady that works there was extremely rude to me after i said excuse me when i tried to throw away a piece of trash. I hope she learns her manners
