Every single table in this building is filthy. The rice and other products are prepared very poorly compared to other Qdobas. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed. Honestly pathetic.

This is far most the worst Qdoba I’ve been to. I understand why I don’t see anyone eating there because of the tables are so dirty. The portions of food they give you are absolutely ridiculous. The owner should be ashamed of himself tenting to get rich of people’s hard earned money. Not to mention the employees and customer service. Overall, the owner will not get a cent of my money ever again. If you see or think about eating here…… please turn the other way.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! New “manager”needs an attitude adjustment and to try to not treat customers with such disrespect when inquiring about in house changes that only occur at this store. While inquiring when changes occurred (because it’s never been that way prior), I was told that that was the reason she was there and I could have ordered it in store but online she had to charge me extra. When I was confused and discussing in private with my sister while waiting for my food, she cut me off mid sentence and told me that i could leave if I didn’t like it. Up until two weeks ago you had to order online and weren’t allowed to do an in store order. Im a frequent customer to this location but can safely say I will not be returning… icing on the cake? I get home and the food the manager prepared made wasn’t even made correctly (made before my inquiry) and it was cold. the young man working with her was so sweet and nice, it’s a shame that he has to work for such an unpleasant person in a more toxic environment. I should not have been told off for asking about a change that I found out had occurred after ordering.

Many times I go to this Qdoba expecting to leave with lunch and end up going next door for a sandwich. Sometimes its because they put out an “online orders only” sign, which is super annoying. Sometimes (like today) there is a sign they are out of rice (did you know there is a grocery store next door and they sell rice?).

No one is ever here working. I just walked in and no one is behind the counter. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Just end up going next door to Jersey Mike’s every time. Who’s managing this Qdoba?

Their Google listing says they close at 10pm tonight. The door says they close at 10pm. The door was even unlocked when I arrived at 9:45. I only wanted chips and queso. They informed me they closed at 9:30 and just stared at me blankly when I asked why they can’t update their Google listing and the decal on the door with the corrected closing time.

Good Food and it’s never really a line when I go in there, However they do seem short staff like 2 people working so it takes them too long. I

No mango salsa. No cilantro white rice. No brown rice. There was a whole avocado slice in my guac. The new chicken was completely gone. No corn. No verde like seriously?!? I am team Qdoba all the way over any of the other texmex companies but this experience was so disappointing I’m less than dissatisfied. The server was “okay” at best but overall very unhappy

I came to Qdoba today and upon entering I waited about 15 minutes before being serviced, but there were 3 other people waiting as well in front of me. Other than the line moving slow, I had a good experience overall. The manager on duty was doing a great job training the new hire while also trying to tend to the guests in the front. I tried the impossible meat today and it was actually better than expected. Thanks for a decent experience.
