I ordered delivery from Qdoba’s website — 3 chicken tacos — and when they arrived, the tortillas were completely soaked in some kind of sauce. Mmm, soggy tortillas, just what everyone wants. Learn how to properly pack food for delivery. I called and spoke with the manager, and while she offered to remake them, that defeats the purpose of delivery — I have kids and can’t just jump in the car. I would’ve appreciated some kind of credit, but apparently, because I ordered through their website, they couldn’t refund me. Maybe focus on packing food correctly — that’s literally part of the job.

Guess it’s been a while since I ordered from QDOBA, but I was surprised about the small size my burrito for $13. Shrinkflation continues to be alive and well!

Food and service was good.
Food was good so complaints are minor.
I had chicken in a bowl. It was spicy but not too spicy. Probably whimpy for someone that likes it hot.
The dining room needed a wipe down.
There is seating outside if you like that.
They did not cut the wife’s burrito in half like they normally would.

This trip the food was excellent as always and the dining room was spotless.

I ordered large catering chips and salsa. Salsa had alot of onion( not my thing) Chips very salty. Just not as good as when my friend brought to our Christmas party. But it was still good.

Hit or miss. They could be more generous with the Guac and chips, it really depends on who you get. Food was fresh but sometimes the food or chips are a bit more stale. Overall, a good place for a quick bite to eat but not too consistent and just a few steps up from Taco Bell or Dell Taco.

We got here at about 1 PM and there was no line, and the employee working was really nice, friendly and helpful with explaining everything to us. it looked a little bit messy behind the counter so I was nervous about the food, but it ended up being delicious and fresh, and it looked a lot better when I had my bowl in front of me than it did behind the counter. Maybe they just need to clean the glass and the areas between the food containers?
We decided to eat there and all of the tables were clean which was nice. The doors entering and exiting the building were really dirty. It was to the point where my mom and I both looked at each other and said something, because there was so much dirt and grime on the handles and the area of the door where you would push to open it from the inside… The place definitely needs to be cleaned which is concerning but again the food was really good and the service was really good.
