Not sure if she was the manager or not, but the woman who helped my friends and me was extremely rude. When I got to the counter, she greeted me with, “What are you having?” in a very dismissive tone. The other employees seemed to be doing their best, but she acted as though she was in charge and had a noticeably bad attitude.

On top of that, I paid for a full chips and queso, and didn’t realize until I got home that I was given a mini bag with only a few chips (photo attached). I was charged for a full size, but that’s not what I received. Food was mediocre. They were also out of several vegetarian options, which my friend struggled with. They did not offer any substitutions for her.

DoorDash order was received in a disheveled state, containers had opened spilling contents. Most of the order was incorrect, missing a Steak Fajita Quesadilla and both Chocolate Brownie; the chip bags provided for the Create Your Own 3-Cheese Nachos were half the size of what they are ordering at the location, which I didn’t understand why I should receive less than in person (was there a discount applied)? I have been to this location many times and never had issues, this was not a large order, this was negligence and lack of establishment to facilitate a secure means of transportation. Take your store off DoorDash if you are incapable of providing your service in an appropriate and consistent manner. I will be visiting this location in person going forward to ensure in a very direct manner that the employees are fulfilling my order to expectation.

I was robbed for almost $5. I was pretty disappointed when I went to this establishment and used a free entree card just to be charged for rice and beans. I’ve been to several Qdoba’s and never once have I had to come out of pocket using a Free entree card especially for beans or rice. I also know rice and beans is no where near $5.And it’s not like I could check to see what I even paid for because there was no receipt in the bag. Whoever the lady in black was making my order made sure that I was charged for something. This is disappointing I basically paid for double meat which I didn’t order and didn’t even receive that. I hope they’re not doing this to everyone.

I ordered the tortilla soup only to realize it was completely watered down. I’m not sure if it’s a qdoba issue as a whole or this location specifically, but it literally tasted like seasoned water with maybe three diced tomatoes inside. The tortilla soup used to be my favorite item on the menu but everything seems to have been cheapened in quality. I wouldn’t recommend if they’re doing this everywhere, a company watering down their items and minimizing portion sizes is a disgusting form business practice.

Upper management needs to get a handle on this store. We’ve been here a few times over the past couple of years and it has consistently gone downhill. The place always feels a little dirty, but this time was the worst; almost every table had bits of food on it, the floor looked dirty, and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Neither of the ladies had great attitudes, they flew through making their food, just so they could get done quicker to stare at their phones. My burrito bowl was now like a soup because of the bean juice. The girl at the cash register wasn’t listening well and gave me the wrong salsa, then charged me for the burrito for the guy behind me. By the time we realized it, I had tapped my card (I know, stupid on my part). She just stood there and said sorry, and there was nothing she could do. Fortunately, the gentlemen have us some cash. I know these aren’t high profile and high paying jobs, but you have a job you’re getting paid to do… have a little integrity. Maybe clean some tables, the bathroom and the floor instead of staring at your phone. At the end of the day, it does come down to poor management… whether it’s the staff manager, store manager, or owner… some greater oversight, and perhaps a jolt of integrity is needed.

Always good food. The employees are pretty on top of good proportions also. The only thing is the fan. You can not hear a dang thing! I have encountered one or two employees throughout a period of time who had a little attitude. But, you never know what someone is going through. I just smile and give thanks. Without them, i wouldnt have my beautiful steak burrito!

I love Qdoba, but this particular restaurant is not up to par. Very messy behind the counter and employees are not very pleasant. I think because they are rushing to get food cooked and out. Our adoba chicken tasted like we were eating charcoal bits.

My daughters, young ladies, went in to pick up our carry-out order. The woman smoking at the entrance immediately walked inside and began handling food without washing her hands. When my daughters politely mentioned their drinks needed to be changed and that rice was missing, she snapped, “What do you want now?” — frightening them.

We got home to realize 2 of the kids meals were filled with Pico (not ordered). When I called, the manager said I could come back. After driving 30 minutes round-trip, the same woman (who identified herself as Amber) was standing at the register holding a cigarette. I calmly explained the orders were wrong, but she interrupted the young gentleman who was helping me, said “I made those, so what’s wrong?” and became loud and aggressive. When I said she was being rude — after already being rude to my daughters — she began yelling and cussing at me. I even asked the manager if I should call the police because I no longer felt safe. The manager allowed her to storm out, cursing, cigarette in hand. I was will say the younger gentleman did walk me to my car.

After another 15 minutes home (45 minutes total), we discovered the kids’ meals contained barely any food.

Issues:
• Employee (Amber) smoking at the entrance customers must walk through
• Unsanitary behavior: handled food immediately after smoking without handwashing
• Rude and intimidating behavior toward children and customers
• Cussing, yelling, and aggressive conduct inside the restaurant
• Manager failed to act or address the situation

My family has visited this location weekly and always loved the previous staff, but this experience felt unsafe, unprofessional, and unsanitary. We no longer feel comfortable returning.

The staff in this store is the worst I’ve ever dealt with a QDOBA. This lady was rude and it felt like she didn’t want to be there. And this another lady who made my bowl was also rude while she was making the bowl and upon asking questions she rolled her eyes. Upon checkout the cashier was entering wrong order and when I asked her questions around it, she is like “whatever…” and rolled her eyes again.

Every single time i go to this store, I experience utter rudeness and foul behavior.

I’m not going to return to this store going forward. The owner should make sure the staff is right and people who visit the store is treated well with respect at the least. FIX IT!

Came in to grab some dinner and was immediately greeted by the young guy at the register who continued to be great our entire time there. While waiting in line the dark hair lady working on the food line was yelling curse words constantly and had a horrible attitude with the lady she was helping. Once she started helping us there was no greeting just a very rude what are you getting.
She seemed very annoyed and just sloped
Things in our bowls fast putting the wrong stuff in them before even asking what wanted next. The cursing continued while she’s also screaming that she needs a cigarette. There were multiple people in the restaurant at this time and I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional at the location. My child was also with me and witnessed all of this. Very disappointed in her behavior and the food wasn’t great either!
