I visited this location for lunch today and my experience was excellent. I have no idea how they fit so much food into a burrito and had it wrapped so tightly, and it literally stayed together until the last bite. Bravo! The restaurant was clean and the staff was kind and professional. I’ll definitely be back!!
Also, I saw they have a deal for students on Tuesdays. A burrito and a drink for $9. You can’t beat that these days!

We love Qdoba but specifically this location is great! The women that usually work in here when we come are always amazing, quick, and friendly! They make the best food and actually take their time to spread the meat/toppings out in a quesadilla!

I never leave bad reviews, but this felt necessary. I want to say this is not Qdoba as a whole, but the location off washtenaw that I am writing about. Tonight my fiance and I ordered for delivery just two simple bowls. Got delivered, but it was one burrito and one bowl, both with ingredients that were way off. Okay, mistakes happen, so my fiance orders for pickup and makes sure to mention the previous order delivered was not correct. The second go around the order is incorrect again, so my fiance comes in again to see what’s going on and get the correct order finally. The “manager” is hiding in the back with other employees as he sends one of his employees to deal with it and to say he can either get a refund or his meal. At this point you messed it up and made him come back twice, so this shouldn’t be a debate if you know about good customer service. Mind you, it was a slow night they were not busy. We won’t be giving this location business again.
Shoutout to the Main Street Qdoba though they always deliver! The Washtenaw location could learn something from them.

9.20.25 went into this location to pickup my order. I saw on the rewards app it was FREE chips and queso day. I asked the staff member if I could redeem it but to my surprise she was rude and told me that was only for in-store purchases. I shrugged it off went back to the car and told my boyfriend I didn’t get my chips and queso. He ended up calling the location to speak to the manager on shift (Hannah) to which she said the staff member knew about the promotion and was sorry. To make up for it, the manager gave us two free entrees and the order of chips with queso. We went the following day to get the deal Hannah gave us but again to my surprise she didn’t write the note or text their group chat like she said she would. Thankfully Dom and another gentleman on staff that day contacted the manger. They didn’t get a response but still made up for me. They were apologetic and explained that a catering order got pushed up 4hrs then the original time. I’ve worked in food service and know how stressful that can be but being rude to a repeat customer was uncalled for. Thank you staff on 9.21.25 for accommodating us, much appreciated!

The worst Qdoba I have ever been to. The employees had a super messy working station where they burned their food, and they acted like I was asking for the world to get a simple meal. The food was ridiculously small portioned and the flavor was completely off. The food was also cold…. Seems like a health concern to me….. The chips were stale, the taco shells were completely torn through and stale. The chicken was full of fat and disgusting texture. The employees also got my orders completely wrong. If you have an allergy, or are on a diet, don’t come here because they won’t take you seriously. If you still choose to come here after this, good luck and God bless.
