Got a bowl with rice lettuce and cheese missing everything else I ordered in there and for some reason the bowl smells so bad to the point it’s not edible what so ever and I ordered a larger side of the white queso not the spicy one . It looks like they were being lazy and threw whatever together . I ordered it a 9:30. I’m sorry but whoever did this has to be the laziest worker considering I only ordered a bowl and side of queso , it was a waste of money i trashed it all. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

This place is always a pig stye. I don’t understand why you have one person working the front counter and prep line when there is someone prepping boxes in a corner for a catering order and someone cooking food for a full line. The place is also a mess constantly.

We wanted a high chair for our daughter. This was the only high chair available. It’s completely broken and cracked. There is even an inspection warning on the back of the high chair.

First and last time I will ever come to this location. The lady that made my food had an attitude for absolutely no reason and acted like she didn’t want to be here. If you don’t like customer service find a new job. And the cashier ran off complaining about someone else that didn’t pay for their order and left me standing there for about 10 minutes. No one even attempted to cash me out. This place needs to do some firing

Very disappointed with this experience. I ordered 5 rice bowls and was told I could only get two avocados total on the side. This was never clearly communicated before ordering. For the price paid, this felt extremely unfair and misleading. Customer service lacked flexibility and did not try to resolve the issue. I expected much better from Qdoba.

Got here 30 minutes before close, and the place looked closed. I was able to get some of that awesome Qdoba food. The place was a little trashed, looked like they had had a busy busy day. The staff was super nice and the young man helping me was on top. The food was delicious as always. QDoba is hard to beat. 11 out of 10.

Disappointing portion sizes. Usually a bowl from the Qdoba near my house can last me for 2 meals. I’ve ordered from this one twice and both times there’s been barely anything in the bowl. It’s just not worth spending my money here when I know that they’re skimping me. I won’t order from this store again.

I had a great experience! I recommend the rewards program as it comes with many perks. Staff was friendly and served good food made to order. I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle. I definately think that location could use a higher customer base as it was very busy at all.

New management is horrible, very rude and not personable at all. Ran all the good employees away and hired more rude employees like her. Very skimpy with the products and a waste of money as you dont get what you are paying for. Im pissed that I just wasted my free entree coupon on half of a bowl. Got the nerve to want to charge for every little thing but dont even have real forks or even providing receipts. Upper management needs to get someone in this store that knows what they are doing.
