This was my first time at Qdoba, and Dave made the experience awesome. He walked me through the entire ordering process, explained the options, and was super patient and friendly the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and wants them to have a good experience. Great service and a great guy! Definitely will be back whenever I’m in the area.

Went in for a late night but, a gentleman named Joe was working the line and ill be honest… Joe was making each meal with love. Although its quick food, it wasn’t without TLC!! Huge bowls and burritos getting turned out. Made with real care. Thank you Joe and team for a great meal.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Qdoba due to the customer service. The employees didn’t smile, greet customers, or ask how anyone’s day was going. Everything felt rushed, like they were just throwing ingredients into the bowl and trying to move people along as fast as possible. Mind you, there was no line!
When I called and asked to speak to the manager about the service, it was just as disappointing, because it was the same cashier that rang us up and she was part of the problem, she responded with “ok” in a mono tone voice to everything I said and showed no remorse, didn’t apologize, and didn’t seem to care at all about the concern. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this location really missed the mark.

I ordered through DoorDash and after a few bites, I discovered a hair wedged within my bowl. It was a long, disgusting hair and completely repulsing. I reached out to the store, and spoke to a manager (4:38 if a higher up sees this and intervenes appropriately) and she was completely unhelpful. No empathy or compassion for my issue and put me on hold instead of being the ear I needed to express my discomfort to. I guess I’ll be going back to chipotle.

Ok, now I was starving after my workout and really had no choice but to wanted something fast and sorta healthy. Stopped for a double protein bowl. Ughhh, this place needs to be cleaned. Ion know who the manager is, but they are not doing the job. I started to walk out because it was crumbs and cheese and beans and rice all over the place. The drink area was full of straw paper and lids the floor was sticky. I felt like I was eating at my friend with the not so clean house, but food be good. They need to tight up for a bowl that cost 16 bucks. The service was good tho and my bowl was good. Just hope my tummy dnt get upset tomorrow with all the cross-contamination going on on the serving tip.

Pretty upset about the tacos if that’s what you can call them. For the price I paid for 3 “tacos” the portions were absolutely tiny. You can see in the pictures. I had rice/grilled chicken/three cheese/crumble cheese/ranch. The rice was portioned by hand instead of utensil and I already knew i was in for it when I saw how much was put in there. You can’t even see the rice because there is basically none. Chicken was portioned with utensil but I was basically given half of spoon per taco and the chicken that was given didn’t even fill the diameter of the spoon. The rest of the ingredients were basically non existent as well. Not sure if it’s necessarily right to blame the lady, maybe those are the actual portions but I’ve never gotten so little in a taco before from any qdoba ever including this one I’m complaining about. Taco bell gives better portions. I feel like I was ripped off. I paid 26 dollars for 3 tacos, 1 bag of chips(barely had any in it), 2 queso portions(weren’t filled to the top as well) and a regular drink. The drink is the only thing I felt received the right portion and that’s because I filled it myself obviously. On top of feeling like I was fleeced, the floor was disgusting and sticky pretty much everywhere around the counter and drink area and I had to wait 5 minutes to get a straw because clearly no one is checking the station. The station by the way isn’t that clean either. Really bummed out about the whole experience. I’ll never step foot into that qdoba again and to be honest I’ll just give Chipotle another shot at this point. I thought they were too expensive and their food didn’t taste as good as qdoba the 1 time I tried it but it’s been a while and to frank, this was such a bad experience with qdoba that I don’t even really want to give them my business anymore. Terrible 0 out of 5 if I could.

I am a regular Qdoba customer and hold Gold status. I often visit this location and have generally had positive experiences, but my recent visit was very disappointing.
I placed an online order to avoid waiting in line, yet I still had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my food. It appeared that my order was misplaced, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I even witnessed one employee raising her voice at others about unfulfilled online orders, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
After finally receiving my meal, I returned to my office only to discover two white hairs in the food. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable, especially after such a long wait.
I understand that this location can get quite busy during lunch hours, but I believe the team should be better prepared to handle the rush while maintaining proper food safety and cleanliness standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made for future customers.

My bowl tasted like it had something missing even though I get the same bowl. The guacamole was definitely bad. There were whole stems of cilantro in it and giant pieces of avocado. It also tasted like something was missing from it.

Ordered a chicken bowl, and somehow got zero chicken in it. On top of that, my “veggies” were literally half a pepper—not even chopped, just a sad, lonely chunk. For the price, I expected an actual meal, not whatever this was. Super disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.
