Angie helped serve us today and even though it was just her and one other staff member, she made sure our food was perfect and service was fast! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and even with a line behind me, Angie changed her gloves and made sure she eliminated any cross-contamination. Angie truly went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for her incredible attitude and work ethic!

Came in for lunch with coworkers, and it was busy. Angie was by herself building the food.. and she was doing an amazing job! She was so friendly, kept her cool, was super quick and efficient. She was incredible, and I am so grateful for her great service. 🙂

Have had burritos from there several times, this last time, the burrito was so small. There was so much tortilla folded up on itself. It was supposed to be brisket, rice fajita peppers, sour cream queso and shredded cheese and salsa. Daughter took the burrito back up and asked if it was normal because it’s not the same quality as in the past…. Was told that there is all liquid in it….?…. Huh? Didn’t offer to remake it ….was told “ you ordered it “. Brisket, rice, and fajita peppers are not liquid….

Ordered pickup a bowl kids quesadilla and chips and queso. Got home and found no queso in the bag. Spent 10 minutes trying to call before just driving back out to the location to fix the issue. I don’t mind that much queso was forgotten but I should be able to call and talk to someone. Not just no response, when I asked if they had a phone and why it wasn’t being answered they said it was dead. I think every establishment should have a working phone so customers can call. I come here often for lunch and it’s always good food but not being able to call was ridiculous.

i personally come to qdoba a lot, and i think the service is always great the servers are always super nice and friendly, the food is so good, especially the chicken and steak . the atmosphere is very clean and welcoming aswell.

Portion was large but very bland. My wife had a bowl with chicken but their was so much grissel that she couldn’t eat it. I had a steak bowl and same thing. Very bland (zero salt) lots of grissel but I was so hungry I forced it down. We used to eat here a lot when my kid played hockey. It’s been a year since we were here last Never had a bad experience until yesterday.
