I genuinely like qdoba and even switched to qdoba after being an avid chipotle lover for years. The service has always been good here but…. The last time and this time we went we were met with hostile and rude remarks form the person making our food, my boyfriend asked for a tortilla and added “on the side please” and she goes “ WELL DUHHH ” and there’s no reason to ask what choices I want because they are all mixed together anyways. I wouldn’t have wrote this review if it weren’t for the rude girl and the girl at the register looking like she’s higher than the clouds and grabbing our chips to tell us she gave us the smaller size then decided she just wasn’t going to fix said mistake.

I had never had QDOBA before so I wanted to see how it compares to Chipotle. First off, I needed to wait for a new batch of rice to be made since I guess they didn’t realize that it was all out for who knows how long. The guy helping me looked annoyed to be there. I get my food and quickly noticed that everything I got in my ground beef bowl did not have proper seasoning. The rice only tasted like lemon juice- zero salt. Beans, meat, corn, and peppers were so bland. I feel like the tortilla chips didn’t even have any salt either. I don’t know if it’s just this location or the team but someone needs to figure out how to season the food

Used to eat here pretty regularly but more and more lately the quality of food as well as the quality of service has greatly declined. Last visit the woman behind the counter, very rude woman with glasses, told me the press for quesadillas was “down for maintenance” and I could sense it was a lie, so I asked for a manager who confirmed it was infact a lie and that it was not down for maintenance. It’ll be a while before I eat here again, hopefully by then they’ve hired better people who care about the service experience and quality of food.

I usually love Qdoba but the rice was hardly cooked tonight and haven’t had a good experiences the past few visits. I would have had them remake this but it was take-out so I did not know until home. Pretty hit or miss for how pricey it is.

Four stars for the delicious 3 cheese nachos that I took with me to go today. No charge for guacamole as this is quite impressive and very good as well;)
0 stars for the horrible not so people friendly employees that helped me out today. It has been awhile since I last visited and wasn’t so sure as to what I wanted on my nachos. The employee that was assisting me with my order was helpful to a point. Then when I was still talking with her she walked away from me as I was talking to her. I found this very rude and in considerate.
The cashier that took my payment didn’t seem so friendly either. Not sure what the deal was today with both employees, but should be more welcoming/people friendly when working. This type of attitude/behavior won’t stop me from coming back!!!!!

I’m not sure if the employees are over worked or if they just hate the job and don’t want to be their, they should have smiling faces serving customers at least say something like your welcome or have a nice night or something at least say happy new year back or something. I felt very unwanted.

GROSS. Got 3 fajita peppers, and an onion end. And it’s sloppy and gross. Asked for extra pico and got maybe a tablespoon. Put vinegrette on my burrito bowl when I asked for salsa verde. Years ago this was my fav restaurant and I stopped going bc it went wayyy downhill. Guess they are still gross.

The District Manager over this store has lost focus on customer service. I came in for lunch on 09/08/25 at 1:30pm and he was working on his laptop in the middle of the dining area and talking so loudly on his cell phone that I took my meal to go instead of eating in the restaurant. His behavior was so obnoxious I asked the staff if he was a regular. They said he was their District Manager. I think somebody at Qdoba should know. The food was good and the regular employees gave good service but I should have been able to eat in if I wanted to without listening to this guy yell the whole time.
