I got the chicken quesadilla with fajita veggies and corn salsa with sides of sour cream and guacamole. The flavors were really delicious – the veggies were oily and slightly overcooked – didn’t have that crunch. Quesadilla was cooked well – everything was melty and hot. The best service I had was the cashier who was friendly and nice. Otherwise the staff were basic (not necessarily good or bad) and more focused on the online orders than the customers waiting in line.
Sides of guacamole and sour cream were pretty small – I’d suggest an upsize for with the quesadilla. I’ll be back for sure.

Today was my first time experiencing QDOBA, my husband and I tried it together on Valentine’s Day, and I was honestly blown away! I ordered the shrimp and steak bowl, and it was absolutely amazing. The flavors were fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted high quality and made just right.
Delivery was also super fast, which made the whole experience even better. I’ve had Chipotle before, but after this, I can confidently say I like QDOBA better!

Placed an online lunch order 10/21/2025. Most locations drain the liquid off beans and pico. This location delivered my food as indicated in the photos. The manager blamed door dash when this clearly shows how my food was made. I asked for a refund via door dash, the store I ordered from, and Qdoba corporate with no response. Not good at all

To be honest this used to be one of my favorite Qdoba. Qdoba is my favorite fast food. So I get many gift cards for there. This is the only location that I’ve ever been to where the people at night can’t run a gift card. This location is only 5 minutes from my home and it’s a major inconvenience that no one has taken the time to learn or teach how to run a gift card. You can’t just swipe it like most places. Someone has to put it in and no one knows how to do it. I wouldn’t recommend going here in the event you have a gift card and is looking for any kind of efficiency. This has ruined my night on multiple occasions trying to figure out what else to eat. I won’t be returning.

Changing review from 5 stars. The Qdoba at 5630 W. 86th St, Suite 144 is better than this one. Service and food are both better there. I have been charged $17.00, $15.00 and $13.00 here for the same exact bowl with same exact protein/additions to it. The lady that makes the food is rude. Told me not to point at things. There is a guy there that they had on the register who had no business trying to ring people up. It takes so long to get your food here. Go to the one down the street. It is further away from my job, but worth it.

The people are friendly. I never knew how to do a survey before, but they explained it to me which I appreciated. I didn’t know that I got some free food items just for signing up for the loyalty program. And everybody loves free stuff, especially me. So that was exciting. The people in here really know what they’re doing. But like I said before they’re very friendly they’re very helpful and of course Qdoba is one of my favorite restaurants so the food is always fresh here and it’s always great

OUTSTANDING Food & Customer Service!!! We ordered a chicken burrito, chicken bowl & chips and it was amazing! Very flavorful of course but the staff and their customer service is what put the icing on the cake! They were very friendly and they were generous with the chicken! Great job Qdoba!!! I ordered online and I did not receive any extra lettuce, did not have any cheese it was supposed to tortilla strips but just looked like broken chips.i just tried to send a message on talk to us a page appeared saying it was to large to send. This was our very first time trying Qdoba I’m not impressed but very disappointed I like trying new foods.

I was greeted when I walked in. The restaurant was clean. I ordered my food. I was told that I could only get three toppings in my veggie bowl. No big deal. I said I would pay extra because that was part of the order. I left to eat my food and found a nice piece of meat in my veggie bowl. I called and they apologized and said they could remake it. The first person that started my bowl and cashier were super nice. It was the person that finished my bowl that I didn’t have a good experience with. I used to frequent Qdoba almost daily until they changed their menu. I started going back this year.
