Placed an online order the night before Christmas Eve. What a joke! I was only given half of my order. I paid for so many extras online and was meet with oh we ran out of chicken and we’re about to close. Apparently they had 10 other orders that day and my pick up time was the last. However I was given the world’s biggest bag of chips! If you think this placing is where you should order for family gathering please save yourself time and money because they literally will rip you off. I spent 175 (got 2 family meals and their $40 queso) and got half covered protein aluminum containers and half of the “extras” you are charged for online. Please check your order before leaving the store because they will let you walk right on out knowing they just gave you half that order you paid for.

I placed an online order and it wasn’t ready even after the time it said it would be. I waited up front in the store and wasnt helped at all by any workers. They made about 10 people’s orders before even acknowledging me, hadn’t even started on mine. Then the worker continued to work on MORE orders, even though mine was suppose to be ready before any of these people. Trash service, nasty and dirty restaurant too. Wont be back for sure. Also, check the picture of my bag of chips. They literally gave me some crumbs. What a joke.

Came to Get food at 10:28 the doors were locked but hours state they are opened till 11:00pm EVERY WEEK DAY online & off! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED & UPSET! this is unprofessional & very unacceptable.

I want to be detailed and honest with this review. For starters, I loved this location at one point however it has declined in customer service and sanitation. I picked up a kids meal for my little person only to have him take a bite of the chips and another bite of the quesadilla and end up in the bathroom for over an hour puking and crying in agony from stomach discomfort. I assumed that the sour cream may had been a little spoiled maybe, but after talking to the shift leader on that shift, It hit me! I recalled seeing people touch food without swapping out their gloves, bags of trash in the food prep area because they were preparing to close. Straight up disgusting
The tip of the iceberg was calling back the next day to speak to the general manager, Ann. And was told that my speculations could not be true because they prepare food fresh daily, throughout the day. AND I could not receive a refund or the food made again. I actually repeated it back to her just to make sure I was hearing her correctly. “ so I have the food and receipt and I CAN NOT receive a full refund or the food prepared over again?” And she replied, “that’s correct!”
She also stated—-
(this next comment was Insane)
That it takes 24 hours to get food poisoning (!!)
That’s not true. Food poisoning symptoms can reveal within 30 minutes of consumption.
So that there shows you the knowledge or lack there of, that the leadership has.
I’ll never go there again and if you’re reading this review, make sure you watch them CAREFULLY prepare your food!

They are incredibly friendly and generous with the servings. The food is delicious. I appreciated that they don’t charge extra for guacamole and queso. Despite the rain, they were very understanding and accommodating to everyone who came in through the door. I’ll definitely be back again, and if you are craving for some delicious meals, try them.

Busy Friday night, with a line. I asked one of the line staff his name, and he said Lamont and mentioned everything is being recorded. I think he thought I was going to complain. On the contrary, I was impressed by his professional, efficient, fast work ethic. It’s hard to find employees that hustle and take the initiativs, so that stood out to me. Outstanding.

Buy far the worst Doba I’ve ever had. First we did not have lids in the food, then half my order was missing, no extra chicken, no guacamole, no pepper, then my wife had all the burnt chicken no guacamole. Yall deserve to be fired

The staff is usually rude or unpleasant and you can experct to spend at least 20 minutes in line. They ripped my burrito and instead of rewrapping it, they gave it to me anyway for it to fall apart the moment I opened the foil.

There’s nothing like opening up your kids quesadilla meal and realizing it literally looks like it was just slapped on a plate (with not any meat on one side) with zero effort and concern for the customer or accuracy of the order. So beyond frustrating. I’ll know now to not order pick up so I can watch them put it together.
