I stopped going to the one in Avon because they were not friendly, and got my order wrong more than half the time. so I went to this location. SOOO much better!! Staff was friendly, food was perfect and it was exactly what I ordered. Wish the Avon location would take notes. Will be going to this location from now on

I just got a small bowl with pulled pork. They charge extra money for a pulled pork. I think I got 1/8th of a cup or maybe two tablespoons worth of pork… I am so disgusted because when I asked the lady at the front register she said yep that’s it. I should have walked out but I’m starving that was craving Qdoba. I will find a new one because this is getting insane at this location.

In the area from out of state looking for a quick dinner to take back to the hotel.. we know Qdoba is usually fast & good! So we settled on that. Unfortunately our experience was HORRIBLE. They made my partners food wrong twice and both times asked if it was “okay” and they said they didn’t wanna remake it. Multiple times the staff would not use gloves and touch the food. The lady working the registered rang up someone with cash then served food. Actually disgusting. We will not be back to this location if we visit again. If I could give the service 0 stars I would.

My husband and I are always trying to order online qdoba for pickup hoping they can get it right. Every single time we do we have items missing from our order constantly. Tonight I had a bowl missing several items even printed on the receipt so they blatantly did not put the items in. I was missing, sour cream, guac, tortilla trips, and Cojita cheese. They also threw some sort of seasoning that tastes like I’m eating grass. See pic below. When I called to talk with the manager he was SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Told me they had a line out the door and were doing the best they could. While I understand busy I don’t understand how we pay for items that aren’t included in our meal price. When he refunded the order after asking what he could do with an attitude I said thank you and he hung up on me. Qdoba is never getting our business again. He could’ve handled that so much better. I don’t know what kind of managers they are hiring but not it’s not mature adult ones. Absolutely disgusted.

Where do I start… Guacamole was brown and nasty. Corn salsa is sure heavy on the corn. Only thing good was the speed of the online order. Probably because they got A LOT wrong. Cutlery was not included, they did not use corn tortillas, kids meal did not come with a side of lettuce or sour cream rather it was already on the quesadilla. Will make the drive to Chipotle next time!

I try and try to do business with Brownsburg Q-Doba, because I loved Q-Doba. They are always out of ingredients, today it was guacamole and fajita vegetables. It was 4pm, no one in the store and I walk up to no ingredients while 3 children are discussing after school activities – how about make some guac or heat up some veggies? How about you get an adult in there to MANAGE the place?
When I said I couldn’t believe they had no guacamole, they did pull two out of the fridge for me, bless their hearts. Take a look in the picture, yummy. I thought he guacamole was their center piece that everything is built around? If so, the foundation is crumbling.
I am not sure why I ask these questions, cause the answer is close the place because if you read the reviews the ownership does not care. I am sure it must be a franchise.

I have left a total of about 5 reviews in my life. The service has to be very good, or very poor, for me to want to take the time to inform other potential customers. I moved to town about 6 years ago. I loved qdoba from my hometown so started going again frequently. The food was never good, never fresh, portions were never right. So I stopped. I started going again 2-3 years ago. The food was always right. Always fresh. Portions were always right. Stopped going for a while, not for any particular reason just changed eating habits. I ordered Qdoba recently for delivery (because I didn’t have time to go pick it up). I ordered a bowl, a burrito, and chips/queso. Bowl was wrong. Burrito was wrong. Queso was half empty. Had to drive in anyways. They corrected the order, so I figured I would give them another chance. Ordered it last night. Bowl. Burrito. Chips/queso. Burrito was wrong. Queso was included but no chips. I don’t consider so many errors in such a short period of time to be an accident, I will not be eating here again and I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

This Mubashir(MO), I usually goes to this Qdoba over at brownsburg. And I always this issue at this location, where they’re out of stuff. Or their quantity is always inconsistent, today I bought 2 bags of chips & queso. And this is what the we employee handed over to me. When I questioned him about the scoop of chips he put in the bag. That’s how much you get which was half scoop of chips with full container of queso. Which cost $5.25, I understand things are expensive, but this just ridiculous. Or either the management need to train their employees about them, because something wasn’t right. And I know both of the guys up front working were new hires, because I never saw them before. Really bad service, I won’t be going to this location anymore, if we want something there other locations, or chipotle is good too. Because this is there repeated behavior
