Two burritos Valentine’s Day both had maybe a teaspoon of meat and a pound of rice and no beans in either of them no fajita vegetables just pathetic. Here’s a picture of a brisket birria it’s got a tablespoon of meat, a pound of rice, and none of the fixings also, if you look closely, my Mexican Coke sure looks a lot like a regular Coke.

Love this location store is always clean and the food looks delicious. I know you can’t be perfect everyday but they certainly try their best and that I can appreciate. Food service is not easy business I know because I worked fast food while in college customers can be very selfish and will complain about anything. Show some love sometimes to food service workers the deserve it. Thanks for being open today and having a great attitude!

I went there tonight and everything was delicious! The closing manager was frying fresh chips for everyone around 8pm. I got some of the chips with my queso and they were so good, not to mention still warm. The restaurant was clean and it looks like it’s maintained well. Everyone was welcoming. You can tell the employees care about their restaurant. I will definitely be back!

My son works at qduoba at 96 th street. He has been discriminated against him . He is Autistic and we have documented proof from his therapist. He was made a shift leader 2 years ago. He has had numerous surveys talking about his great customer service and friendly attitude. He received a text message today from his manager stating that they are going to be demoting him because he is not knowledgeable in his job. He also stated that he is hiring and training people to be more knowledgeable than him. This needs to be addressed immediately. They have also known that he is Autistic from the day he was hired and they stated that they would work with him not against him. This is not the only child of mine that has worked at qduoba and has been discriminated against. I feel like training should be made for upper management regarding disability training.

I had a terrible experience at this exact location last night and I should have explained to the manager but something told me the lady( black, heavy set, short, with braids,) I can’t remember her name. But something told me she was actually running the place since she was the one ordering him around as if she was the manager and he was her subordinate. I went in to get a bowl. They didn’t. Have much of anything I went in around 7:30pm. He’s making veggies and she’s barking orders. I tell her what I want they don’t have it so I get what I can. I get down to the register and she charges me $20 for a bowl which barely had anything no rice it was a mess. I ask her is there anyway I can be compensated for my inconvenience she shakes her and then yells for the manager, I’m still waiting on an answer. He walks over and ask her “what is it?” She looks at me and says “well tell him he’s the manager!” I have been to this location several times. This lady is doing this establishment a disservice. If you can’t serve people properly find a new job. I really hope corporate looks into this behavior because this place was so out of wack. She had no respect for management let alone anyone that came through the door. Thank you to the manager for basically making my order, while being yelled orders and taking care of my bill at the end.

Bad Qdoba don’t go here. They are unable to use gift cards that are working fine. Sat there for 10 minutes until they told me that my gift card wouldn’t work. Went to a different qdoba worked immediately. Pathetic portion sizes. Terrible customer service. Terrible location.

Under new management and you can tell the difference. I was in here a month or so ago and I could’ve bet my pension that this place would be closing soon. You can tell this guy cares about his job I hope they take care of him but then again this is business so who knows. Thanks for making some changes

Came in at 11am for a bowl (location opens at 7am) and they had nothing but eggs out at all. We stood there for around 10 minutes thinking no one had seen us but when we asked about when they’d open, we just got a dismissive “in a few minutes”. Didn’t stay long enough to see when they’d have the food out.
