Food is pretty good, service is terrible. I’ve been here twice in the past few weeks and it was the same both times. Super slow and inefficient. Young girl asked if I wanted beans on my nachos, I said just a tiny bit of black beans….she doesn’t even look at me, heaps a HUGE scoop, and asks what else. ♂️

Th food is good, standard Qdoba and everything, but don’t ever order online through them. The portions are always TINY. Barely a scoop of chips. Barely any cheese, meat, beans. I’ve run into this issue with their online orders more often than not. Just go in person!

I recently visited QDOBA and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Not only was my food missing items that I had specifically requested, but the customer service I received was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to help when I raised the issue with them. It was disappointing to be treated with such disrespect as a paying customer.

Ordered about $100 worth of food from here just to receive the order and about 50% of the orders be incorrect. We took it back to the store to get the orders fixed and was met by a very unpleasant lady with pink hair. She stated that she packed the order and all of it was there and correct. We had to argue for roughly 20 minutes to get our order corrected. This was by far the worse I have ever been treated when a place of business screwed up an order and this lady with the pink hair should be fired for the way she treats customers. I will NEVER return here and I would usher everyone else to do the same.

It really upset me first of all that their stars do not have a negative option. The service was AWFULL. We ordered food that exceeded a $100 charge. Spending this kind of money on food we expected to get quality food, with quality service instead we got a lady with pink hair yelling at us that our order was correct. She refused to give us her name after vindictively yelling at us and obviously knowing what she had done. We exclaimed to her that we would not have come back if the order was correct. We have seen many reviews that also had the same service from the same lady. We got our food, well the food that she wanted to give us. She did not want to give us the items we actually did not receive. It’s sad that us people pay so much money to live in such a respectable complementary community, and not even be able to receive a quality qdoba bowl. I guess times have changed. I was a victim of the lady with pink hair!! I know many of you have experienced this aswell so I challenge you to come forward so people can feel loved instead of feel hurt and get cussed at by a thin lady who doesn’t like the hair she was given at birth.
