Second time trying it, they forgot beans but Christina made it right! Food was so refreshing and good even after driving 25 minutes home. Definitely my new go to over chipotle!

Dining area is dirty, everything looks nice indicating it’s either new or normally maintained. Today, it was not. They couldn’t make a burrito because they couldn’t get a tortilla out of the package whole, but they were able to give me the tortilla to wrap my own burrito at the table….. makes no sense. They were also out of several of the ingredients and all they had to say about that was” unfortunate.” With a shoulder shrug. Flavor was still good even with the poor service.

I’m sitting outside and it’s more than 10 minutes before close… yet the doors are locked. Ever since covid, companies think it’s okay to do this… post their hours as being one time and then close up shop early. It’s not. For the owner, It’s June 5th on a Thursday, 2025. That should give you an idea of what employees are there right now. They actually laughed when I came up to the door… not that I’m offended by it, but it just shows the quality of employees that you’ve hired.

I ordered carry out. First off GrubHub is the worst service ever. Second, my bowl was cold, the rice cold, the chicken, COLD the black beans COLD! I haven’t eaten at this location in months, I promise you I will not be back EVER! Quality was poor at best. OH one last thing they no longer carry STRAWS. They now have “drinkable lids” make sure you grab them napkins, because the cups dribble out on your clothes when you take a drink. Nonsense. Should have figured it was not a good location when I walked in and it was COMPLETELY EMPTY at peak hours. Don’t waste your time with this one.

I like this new location it seems easier to access with better parking. Qdoba’s new location is much larger in size with more room to dine in. Upon entering this location is very clean/well lit with a brief menu. Just to enjoy not having to anticipate a long wait is always a plus. We were greeted as we entered this fast casual restaurant. Qdoba’s staff is very friendly/and attentive. Most of all, if you’re a guac lover there isn’t any additional charge for the first two scoops! Overall we were pleased my sons cheese quesadilla didn’t make it in the picture collage! S’s/O to Groupon for offering a special of $20 for $10!

The customer service was on point. The staff was very kind and courteous. The transaction was quick and the place was not over crowded. Food looked great..I was even persuaded to buy a quesadilla that I didn’t need lol I didn’t have to beg for more toppings because the portions given were just right. The environment was clean, well lit, and the advertising table drew my attention. The quesadilla could’ve been better but wasn’t horrible. I’ll be back to this location in the future.

For a Qdoba this location is alright. The prices are a tid bit higher than other locations around the united states. We were passing through on our way from Tennessee to Michigan. Trying to decide on a lunch option. This is an easy location to get in and out of. Parking is at a premium due to the other businesses in the area sharing spaces. Compared to other locations the food was good its predictable in taste. I would visit again someday when passing through.
