Food is great, but I have ONE complaint. PLEASE, I’m begging you, cook the fajita veggies more 🙁 i love them, but they are always way too crunchy and stiff, bordering on raw. With them also being such large pieces (cut ’em up more), you can’t mix your food properly and are forced to deal and take partial bites of the massive pepper pieces. Cook them things! Soften them up and get some caramelization on those peppers and onions! They will taste so much better and way less frustrating to eat. Especially the green peppers as their natural flavor is way more vegetal and harsh. PLEASE.

I only gave 2 stars because I was shorted on my catering order.So I have been really sick since Tuesday night and everyone that knows me knows that every year I throw a Cinco de Mayo party for my kids and their friends and make lots of different Mexican foods, drinks, snacks, etc. but I didn’t have the energy and I am not 100% back to normal yet. I catered food from QDOBA tried them for the 1st time, the food was good but I was really disappointed. The food was supposed to feed 10 people but as you can see in the pics, I got shorted on the steak and the black beans? There is no way that would have fed 10 people unless I gave everyone 1/2 scoop of beans and a couple pieces of steak. For almost $200.00, I should have been given the correct portions.

I order from this location often and this is my last time, I’m vegetarian and this is the 3rd time they’ve put meat on my food. It’s surprising considering you get charged extra for extra meat, so why are you putting meat on an order that says no meat? It makes me very sick to the point it could hospitalize me . I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but a little effort and care goes a long way to your customers.

This is one of my favourite places to have salads. They have the best grilled adobo chicken which especially makes one not get bored of eating a salad, from the beginning till the end.
The best part to notice is their service, and just for less than 10$, one can easily get their stomach full, which is absolutely good✅

Pretty good service. If there is no one behind the line, they come pretty quick. Usually generous portions and you don’t have to ask them for more. I tell them , tengo hambre and they know what’s up. I love this place. Excellent food!!!!

I often frequent Qdoba at other locations in Greater Cincinnati. All wonderful. I literally only get a burrito of black beans and white rice. Nothing else at all because of allergies. The other locations find a way to charge less than full price because the burrito is smaller than my very small hand and is simply black beans and white rice. The Manager here at Blue Ash charged me a full priced vegetable burrito. When I questioned it, she said there is no way to fix it and (sorry about my luck but I must pay full price). She said she doesn’t eat meat either and no location gives you a discount…..which I told her was not true….every single Qdoba I’ve ever been to has and every single Chipotle I have ever been to has. So, I just paid over $11 for a very tiny black bean and white rice burrito and a bag of chips. My comment for Qdoba from a High School Teacher who has to watch every dime,I could have gotten 3 of my meals at Chipotle for the same price! Well overpriced for what I received and hard to believe you can only charge for full burritos when it’s literally just black beans and rice. You can see the size of the burrito in the picture attached and I have very small hands. The extra star is only because the bag of chips was full (albeit a bit greasier than the other locations). I also attached a picture of my burrito on a single napkin next to my Rewards card for perspective. I literally just paid more for this than a full sit down meal at some nice restaurants! I may have to rethink eating here because the quantity certainly doesn’t match that price!

The service here is top notch and the food is vibrant! The brisket hands down is just as good if not better than City of Barbacue. And the guac is amazing as well. It’s always clean when I walk in. And my order is dead on when I place it online.

Just went in today and the service was horrible. My wife and I been coming here for years and now they implement rules on how much you can get. I only got a veggie bowl today. No shell. No rice. No meat. I got extra beans and when it came to the tomatoes they were skimpy and tried to charge me for extra. Barely gave me enough lettuce or cheese either. The bowl looked pretty small for $9.75
