I came here the evening of 3/7/26. The Service was TERRIBLE. The guy and the girl was talking so much, not only did I have to keep cutting them off to finish saying my order but they kept forgetting what my order was because they were so deep in conversation.
I’ve Never witnessed that much conversation while dealing with customers. Nothing wrong with talking but why am I having to talk over yall to get your attention so you can finish my order?

I am Mexican and I can say that this statement is far from the truth. I visited today the Mayfield location, I dare to ask for “sopa de de tortilla” which is a soup made with tortilla as a main ingredient, well I was given a small cup of tomato soup flavoured with strange species that does not resemble the authentic Mexican flavours, when I asked where is the tortilla I was given some shredded slices of tortilla on top 🙁
About the tacos, well the corn tortilla which is the main ingredient of a Mexican taco should be served soft and hot, they dare to offer a tortilla shell and if you ask for soft tortilla they will give you a flour tortilla that is place on a hot plaque for two seconds, although served with some meat and rice, the guacamole, cheese and salsa are only place as decoration, in minimal, minimal quantities. Not in Mexican style. So I should’ve have known by the name that this not a good place for authentic Mexican flavours. 🙁

Had a very nice experience here a young lady name Cierra was very patient with me and helped me all the way down the line Everyone was engaging and gave me good recommendations. I also got to spin the wheel for queso chips. Was very delicious me and my Daughter ate inside everything was 10/10 I will be returning with my family

I thought this place was better than chipotle but I was wrong. The past few times I’ve been in there I’ve had horrible experiences with just rude staff and subpar food which they started shorting. I literally went in today and my bowl is only half way full and I could tell the girl making my bowl had an attitude. Why am I paying $17 for half a bowl? While more than half (of the small portion) of the brisket is huge pieces of fat. I’m pissed and probably won’t ever go here again. Also why work there if you’re going to have an attitude over people coming in and ordering food? You’re a food place. Make THAT make sense. It literally looks like I already ate half of it and I WISH that was the case

I was very excited for Qdoba to return! The setting was clean and presentable, food area looked clean and well- kept. The service was pleasant and fast. And they still serve my taco shell salads which made me very happy. Will return again!

Not sure what’s happening with this location but This is my second time and the experience is night and day. The first time was 5/5 anything was great. This time the employees were disengaged
, not pleasant, and it seemed as if it was closing time but it’s only 6pm. Not to mention them being out of sour cream. The worse part about it is there were multiple managers there and everyone was complaining right in front of me. I can confidently say I will not be returning to this location.

Let me start by saying I was super super excited when I was driving down Richmond and Saw a qdoba back in the area. I have been saying since I drove past 3 days ago I was gonna stop in now I expected it to be busy with a long line and as a new restaurant I would think you would know that you are gonna be busy and have enough food (add ins) but at 7pm there were non I went in for nachos all I got was a big bowl of queso chicken shredded cheese and salsa. Very unhappy the bowl is so flimsy so all that heavy hot cheese has begun to soften the bowl to the point its gonna come through. And the small bag of chips for a large bowl full of cheese is crazy. I am very unhappy with my visit.

I don’t know if they’re trying to be funny but I’m not laughing. When Chipotle were giving small potions I was recommended this place. First time, no protein was added and they refunded me. Second time, I had 4 pieces of chicken even though I ordered steak and it clearly states that on the receipt. Keep playing with people, somebody will have an allergy reaction and sue the hell out of you. Y’all are a joke!!

Always place mobile orders to go, pick it up on the way home from work. Staff is usually cold, but still helpful. Food is amazing. Wish they’d open more of these locations, definitely better than Chipotle.
