Initially gave the five stars because I got a free cookie, but after eating here I would keep the rating. Food was good, everything was in stock, free hot sauces, and bathroom was clean. Workers were friendly and welcoming.

Place was clean, it looked festive however the music is cranked up too high. When I walked in, there were no other customers and none of the workers greeted me when I came in. They barely acknowledged me when I walked over to place my order. A few more customers came in after me and again the staff didn’t greet them.
Please remind your staff to greet people and the music really doesn’t need to be that loud. People gotta be able to hear when they place their orders. Other than that the food was good.

I frequent this Qdoba location usually I have excellent service. On December 30, 2025 I stopped by around 8:50pm in the evening. The place looked like it was closing as staff were cleaning and putting food away. I ordered a chicken burrito and chips & queso both were cold. The staff seemed annoyed that I came in to order food even though the sign said they close at 10pm. I left a small tip for them, maybe it was a bad night for them.

Food is OK it’s cold. Had to heat it up. Worker had attitude and got mad when I asked for less cheese and they’re doing a thing and if you give them five star reviews, you get free food which I think is a scam. Do not do it. They do not deserve five star reviews. Gave me lots of meat, but then took half of it off of my bowl and put it back in the container. Did the same thing with the cheese
