My husband & I really liked the New Albany Qdoba. It was very clean & staff was friendly. I got the nachos, & my husband had a burrito bowl. We love Qdoba because they don’t charge for guacamole on our entrees, like their competitors. We would definitely come back to the location again!

Placed a to go order and was very impressed with how all the crew was working together. I was acknowledged right away and informed they were finishing my order. Food was fabulous and the guacamole was amazing. Definitely better than Chipotle. Will continue to recommend Qdoba to everyone.

Chicken was a little cold but other than that I loved it. I thinks it’s far better than Chipotle in my opinion. It’s always clean and the staff is kind and professional. Also I saw the avocado s they use…..LET ME TELL YOU THEY ARE FRESH!!

This was a fantastic choice after a long day of shopping. Located in an easy, off the exit location and by other places that could be worth checking out. Upon arrival, I noticed it was very bright and clean. We were greeted by those employed with smiles and were given a quick run down of how things work there, as it was our first visit. We got a nacho bowl and a bowl . Meat choices were steak and chicken (non-spice option) white rice but they have another kind too! We got both beans pickled onion, peppers n onions, tortilla straps, cilantro, medium green sauce, oh the queso is AMAZING and not extra to get in the bowl. The Guacamole is also not an additional cost in the bowl but I didn’t try it I’m not a fan in general.
I will return to this location and recommend to all. I love Mexican food and this place hits right!

We ordered a chicken Quesadilla and one chicken bowl. After finishing both meals, I found a piece of visibly undercooked chicken, and took it to management. They denied that it was undercooked and stated that they check every piece of chicken. No refund was offered, they only asked for a name if anything were to happen as a result of the chicken so that I can call them back. The quesadilla was also not grilled properly and the cheese was not melted.
The staff was also mixed. Half of them were really nice, and the other half almost seemed like they didn’t want to be there and were dismissal and kinda rude.
Outside of our poor experience, the food was tasty, but I am severely disappointed with how management handled the situation and wish something more was done.

Food is always delish.. we did a big order for an office birthday party. They forgot to bag up the queso =( it’s the best part of the lunch! But I called and they made it right by delivering it to our office quickly! Thank you!

First and Last time here. I ordered the steak burrito and the only thing I liked was the tortilla. Steak was chewy and tasteless. Everything else was bland. Chefs should really taste before serving.
