Everyone working the line and the register tonight was amazing. My daughter even got seconds and she is usually done by a few bites of anything. The manager was SO kind and, like she said, the tortilla soup was amazing. I’m so happy it still tastes the same. Thanks yall for handling dinner and making it delicious.

I ordered the grill chicken bowl, which comes with rice and beans. There was maybe a tbsp of rice and a tbsp of beans. Along with cilantro, corn, etc. Stingy amounts of food. The bowl was way too big for the amount of food. Do better people!!!

If you are hungry do not go here! The staff is Rude & inattentive. Gentleman had made a mistake on my order an therefor felt he needed to to tell me and give me a burrito and remake my food. When I was checking the remaining third on my back, I noticed that the portions we’re extremely small. So I asked the young man if that was the amount that was, to be put on a normal burrito, and he stated.. I’m feeding a nearly 48 year-old man. There was Four pieces of little chicke nuggets on my taco. After asking him that he reached in the bag and took out the extra burrito that he had made a mistake on and light it on the counter . I asked him if he removed it due to Mr questioning the amount of chicken in the taco. He stated yes and walked away. So not only did I walk away with out my whole order but also high pressure due to a smartass. Went across the street and got Cookout and was quit satisfied!

Don’t get food here after 8pm. Nothing is stirred, beans and meat look fake it’s been sitting so long. Do people in food service realize people’s lives are in their hands. I can’t tell you how many times I get food poisoning in Frankfort. If something is empty replace it, if something is old dump it, stir food. The whole counter was a mess. I don’t think anyone knows how to manage restaurants in Frankfort. I couldn’t even make myself eat the food, $$$ wasted. This is why I cook, everything is expensive and the quality is worse than ever.

It took 25 minutes waiting in line before I could even order! That is not acceptable at all. Check out the pictures of the empty seating area and long line waiting to order. People are able to eat and leave faster than people can order. The managers response was “it is a complicated situation” whatever that means. My day is now more complicated because of their painfully slow staff. The food tasted good but not worth the wait. I will never “run out quick” to get lunch from this location.

Order from the app and picked up in the store. I was ready on time. I was not busy. Able to walk right in and grab my food. Clean store and has friendly staff. Will definitely come here again!

We got 2 chicken bowls, different veggies, corn, tomatoes, rice and cheese. And a large bag of chips and large queso for $41! Qdoba is expensive but it is good. You could make 2 meals out of 2 bowl.

Placed a mobile order. Neither bowl came with the guacamole or queso that was ordered. Not that big of a deal, but one bowl didnt get any steak, that was ordered. That is a big deal since we paid extra for it. We also didnt get the drinks we ordered because they were out. Probably won’t be ordering from here agian.
