My husband and I frequent this restaurant somewhat regularly. Today we came in shortly after they opened.
The dining room was pretty clean but the bathroom could have used some attention. There was one team member behind the counter, Louis, and the other team member cooking. I watched this Louis deal with a mom and her children. She allowed them to order for themselves and they just couldn’t figure it out. No judgment at all, I was there at one point in my life too. What was important about this interaction is the patience this, presumably, young man had serving this family.
When it was our turn, Louis was fantastic. He did all the right things and asked the right questions.
This yummy food and employees like this is what will keep us coming back.

Hi QBoda @blankenbaker I’m so disappointed! Whyyyyyy is there a piece of foil in my bowl??? My boyfriend ordered two bowls for himself and I, spent $30 total for it to be delivered with DoorDash- just for it to have foil in it??? No thanks.

Quick, easy, light “Mexican” fair that you’ve come to know and love. Friendly staff. Fairly clean facility – we had to brush food off of a table to sit down and eat- otherwise clean though.

I’m on the road daily so I have the choice of eating anywhere in the city and this location is quickly becoming my go to spot for lunch. The location looks so clean and the staff is always pleasant and nice. Looking forward to many more meals here!

Ordered online 45 mins in advance, and my order wasn’t even started when I arrived, and had to wait 20 mins once arrived. I totally understand they are short staffed but someone should do the online orders, or at least begin when I arrive.
Also this bowl in the picture was ordered with extra meat (both Chinese and steak) but this bowl got the least food of all the bowls. We also ordered brown rice and there is no rice in the bowl at all

Almost no meat in the bowl and the queso looks curdled. The chips are very stale. This is gross.

Ordered a taco salad (through GrubHub) and it was delivered with NO MEAT and NO SHELL. GrubHub refunded the item, but with delivery fee and tipping the driver, I ended up spending almost $12 for a queso that I didn’t even have anything to put it on because of previously mentioned missing tortilla shell. Very disappointed that anyone at Qdoba let that salad out the door.

Typically a fan of Qdoba. In this day and age of COVID-19 we have been ordering take out/delivery more often in an effort to keep everyone in and safe. That said, imagine my surprise today when an order for three different people showed up and the two burritos were only wrapped half way – as in the bottoms of them were completely exposed. Have never had this happen before. Called the store and the only thing that the manager could say was “the foil only keeps them warm, so if your food arrived warm there’s really nothing we can do.” When I asked him “so you are okay, especially in these times, sending food uncovered?” his response was “Yes. If it’s in a bag and in a plastic bag it’s fine.” It was delivered to an office, for three separate individuals as listed on the receipt – the burritos were shoved into ONE paper bag and had TWO different names on them. As I asked him so it’s okay for me to have to deliver the food within the office and it’s not wrapped and he basically told me that I should probably have worn gloves – I interrupted him and told him not to tell me that. His last response was “You have a nice day ma’am.” This is so unacceptable and if there is a foil wrap shortage perhaps this Qdoba should shut down.
