Overall nothing too amazing to say about it as I don’t frequent the place. I have noticed that whenever I go inside my food is packed full but when I pick up an online order I get half of what they usually give me. Was on time for a pick up and food was room temp after driving three minutes home.
For certain go inside to eat and place an order there otherwise they don’t seem to care if they shortchange you on food quantity.

I walked in on November 9th at 4:30. The place was deserted but as soon as I approached the counter the workers decided to make about 8 dishes for what was presumably an online order rather than helping the person who was actually there in front of them. After needlessly waiting about 5 minutes I began to give my simple order and the worker immediately yelled that my order wasn’t possible because of some frying machine being inoperable. She yelled at me in a very hostile way for asking for the food I wanted. I just walked out and will not be returning. I avoided Qdoba for many years because the staff were always hostile and arrogant. This location had some good people in the 2023-mid2025 range but it looks like this location has gone back to having hostile staff.

The manager on duty was nice and helpful to me and my friend due to we had accidentally placed our order to the wrong store. The manager was willing to help us get our order and made sure it was freshly made and everything. I would 100% come back to this location.

Ordered online. They didn’t start making it until my husband got there and the place was empty. They forgot my son’s apple juice and chips. They also forgot the extra chips we paid for. Waste of money.

I just want to say that Rachel was amazing! My son and I came in after a long day with work and school and she was a serious breath of fresh air. She is bilingual as she was speaking to other customers and seems like the light in a dark world of the service industry. I could see her in corporate! Thank you Rachel for being you!! Worst day at Qdoba today. The guy at the counter is illiterate and doesn’t have any decency towards customers from different nationalities. He makes himself doesn’t understand what we say and speaks very loud to the customers and coworkers.
We wanted special things added to our orders and he said they don’t have it very impolitely. He even doesn’t ask the chef to cook more stuff, instead he scrapes what’s left in the container and added to the meal, it is like we’re going to eat leftovers.
I feel very sorry for the people dealing with him everyday at the restaurant!

The one day Rachel was not present in that qdoba there was another lady that didn’t hand me bag and just told me to get it, ignored me when I asked a question and was rude to other employees, my goat Rachel would never allow that to happen
