We have been coming here for years and it has not been a good but today was so bad I won’t come back. The employees were cursing and talking about sexual experiences. They were so loud. My kiddo and I were both uncomfortable. He ate about 1/4 of his food and said it didn’t taste good/fresh.

Typical qdoba experience. The burrito was portioned well and tasted great. The kids both enjoyed their meals and applesauce. The line moved quickly with the limited staff working. The lady making the food was a rock star.

Food is fine enough but both times I’ve been here the burrito’s are so ineptly wrapped they fall apart. The most recent one in particular was atrocious the contents fell all over my lap. I’ve been to other qdoba’s and this is not a problem. Probably not coming back.

I asked for picante ranch dressing on my online ordered and they dowsed my bowl with pico de gallo. This wouldn’t have bothered me if I wasn’t allergic to onions! I also got a large queso and they gave me two small little dressing cups of queso. I’m assuming they were out of the large cups, but two small things of queso definitely isn’t equivalent to a large. They also gave me not even half a bag of chips and they were all stale.

Typically don’t ever post negative reviews but feel compelled to here only because I am concerned somebody getting food poisoning from this location. The service here was also terrible. The staff were all rude and openly discussing inappropriate things in front of guests. At one point they were actively speaking about how bad their food was. I also witnessed, what looked like a manager, shouting at and berating an employee in front of everyone. My food was cold and did not look fresh. I threw it out after two bites. I would’ve be surprised if this location didn’t adhere to basic food safety guidelines. Holding temps, expiration dates, sanitation protocols, etc. Somebody from corporate such as a district/regional manager needs to pay this place a visit ASAP and either shut it down or “clean house” it. Louisville has many Qdoba locations. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs.

my boyfriend and i work second shift so we are always up late. not a lot of places are open when we are out at night but this qdoba was. the staff was incredibly kind and very helpful. the food was great as well. we had a great experience!

I ordered the tortilla soup with a tortilla shell to go but had to throw it away it was so gross.
I thought the soup would come in a separate bowl so I could add my toppings. But instead I got a mushy and wet burrito bowl with no taco shell on the side. The bowl was dripping wet with soup broth and then cold lumpy rice and toppings were sitting on top. It was so disgusting I had to throw it away.
