The food? Always fresh, flavorful, and served just how I like it. Whether it’s the loaded burrito bowls, street-style tacos, or their famous 3-cheese queso – everything is prepared with care and packed with flavor. The options are endless, and they’re always happy to accommodate dietary preferences without hesitation.
What really stands out, though, is the management. The leadership at this location is top-notch. You can tell the team operates under strong, thoughtful guidance. Service is prompt, staff are upbeat and professional, and there’s clearly a culture of respect and teamwork. It’s refreshing to see a place where employees seem genuinely happy to be there – that positivity spills over to the customer experience in the best way.
Whether you’re grabbing lunch on a busy workday or dining in with friends, QDOBA delivers a reliable, satisfying, and friendly experience every time. Huge credit to the management for setting such a high standard. Keep up the fantastic work!
Today as we went in everything was good but once we started ordering our food we found that they were not serving enough even after asking repeatedly. One of my friend who have ordered chicken meal did not even get enough chicken and he was so upset, not only him everybody in our party has experience the same dissatisfaction.
They might be serving little quantity just to make sure that they can serve all the people visiting but when they know that a crowd of people will be coming specially during weekends, they should be making special arrangements to serve enough food but they should not decrease the serving portion so that they can they can Make business.
Taste wise everything was good but as mentioned completely dissatisfied with the portion quantity serviced.
The moment I stepped through those doors, I was greeted not merely by employees, but by culinary artists — smiling ambassadors of flavor, wrapped in the scent of sizzling steak and freshly pressed tortillas. The air itself seemed to hum with anticipation.
As I approached the counter, my heart raced. “What will it be today?” they asked, and in that instant, I felt seen. Known. Understood. I chose the burrito bowl — a masterpiece sculpted before my very eyes. The rice, fluffy as a dream. The queso, molten gold cascading over each ingredient like sunlight on a mountain peak. The guacamole? Oh, the guacamole. It whispered secrets of avocados picked at the height of perfection.
When I took that first bite, time stopped. The world faded away. Only flavor remained. Somewhere in the distance, I think I heard angels singing — or maybe that was just the perfect crunch of a tortilla chip.
The staff worked with the precision of surgeons and the passion of poets. Tables gleamed. Drinks sparkled. Even the napkins felt luxurious — a small but powerful testament to Qdoba’s devotion to excellence.
This isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a sanctuary for the hungry soul. If the road to enlightenment has a pit stop, it’s the QDOBA on Hurstbourne.
10/10. Would gladly risk emotional attachment to their queso again.
My wife and I both took pictures of the unkempt condition of the bathrooms. Urinal would not properly flush.
Would not recommend.
They also spoke very quietly and we couldn’t hear them when trying to order.
The worst part by far was the extremely unsanitary bathroom. It would put a gas station bathroom to shame. the pictures don’t do it justice!
Not impressed at all.
